Derek helped me when I was moving from my parents plan to my own plan. He was very transparent and helped me determine the best level of coverage for me as an individual. He also helped me bundle my renters insurance to save me some money and headache of using two providers. Any time I need anything from Derek, he gets back to me in literally 2 minutes. I gave a 2nd chance to State Farm after a couple years with my first bad experience. Well, the second time was as bad as the first one. You can tell the company don’t care about customers, neither their employees. The local agencies have to compete against corporate for customers and therefore they blame each other about issues and mistakes. Even the agent on this location is very rude and told me to better leave State Farm and I followed that for my good. Hands down the absolute best agent in town. Derek is completely hands on when you need something. I have my business insurance, cars and house covered through Derek. He was honest that he would not be the least expensive but would give exceptional service if needed. He has proven that multiple times in the past few years.
