Customer service is definitely valued! I ordered an item as a Christmas gift from this company and my package got lost somewhere, don't know where but it did as it was sent out but never arrived. However, I was asked if I wanted another order of the item, or a refund. I chose to have a reorder and the person who was emailing me all of this information mentioned they would put my package in first class the day before writing this so there is chance it might arrive by Christmas! Thank you for your guys' help, I'll keep you in mind for any future gifts!

I don't think customer service is valued. I have made multiple orders in the past from this company including the letterbox lollipop set. I ordered a Halloween set plus other items and arrived in a huge reused box. As this was a gift and previous sets have arrived well presented I contacted The Slabb to ask if it could be looked into. This is the response. Very disappointed that I was expected to pay for postage twice and this wasn't made clear on ordering. Dismissive response in my opinion. Wouldn't recommend

I ordered a number of bars and subscriptions during lockdown and they made so many people happy!! Service is great, chocolate is incredible. I had one issue with an order that was resolved very quickly and two lollies added in which I wasn't expecting and really appreciated. Clearly one of those businesses who is all about the customer and keeping them happy.

We visited The Farm in Stratford on Saturday and adored The Slabb’s selection so much. We purchased a box of the biscuit lollies as they are just so cute. We shared with friends and they were delicious and so unique, we haven’t seen anything like this before!

The Slabb creates the most original chocolate bars and treats, the chocolate is creamy and smooth with yummy toppings. Fast delivery, even in a heatwave. Their products are perfect for gifts, hampers or just a treat for yourself. I have purchased a handful of times and will stay a repeat customer - a really sweet business that is grateful and appreciative of their customers. 100% recommend.
PS: I will get my hands on that butterscotch sundae white choc bar....

After following Holly and The Slabb for years on social media, I finally convinced the hubs to get us The Slabb Advent Calendar and it was THE best choice we ever made. Delicious chocolate every day of December 🤤 even purchased some fully loaded Slabb's for some friends for Christmas that were sent promptly and were eaten just as promptly on Christmas Day. Cannot wait to order from here again 🎉

I originally got some chocolate from The Slabb as a present and I loved it so much that I have been ordering bars for my friends who are doctors/nurses just as a thank you for everything over the past few months. The chocolate is so good and there are so many different options as well.

Great service, easy to place orders online, good description of each item! Got a confirmation and then despatch email for both orders and an extra email offering me a discount code! Really really tasty chocolate with beautiful toppings that look as good as they taste! Would definitely recommend

Ordered goodies for gifts for Christmas and a treat of two for myself well in advance knowing post was delayed due to Covid. I follow a number of small businesses including The Slabb on social media and their behind the scenes info on how things are running from their viewpoint made me more aware of the need to plan ahead.
I am so pleased with everything I bought and it arrived in more than reasonable time especially when considering massive delays to postal service.
I was then pleasantly surprised on Christmas morning with more Slabb goodies from my lovely boyfriend who had ordered too!
I’ll
