I have used Little Bitty's three times in the last six months. I am actually waiting on them a fourth time right now. They are always incredibly prompt and their rates are the best that I have found around here. This is the only tow company that I will use.

They tried tacking on fake charges and when I called them on it reduced my bill from 230.00 to 156.00. The tow truck driver didn't seem to want to do the job and was rude. I will never use them again

These people were great we were stuck in our Beachhouse in golf Shores when our car wouldn't start. I thought it was the battery but we could not jump it. We called little bitty towing and The gentleman explained that our car problem was the battery after all and did not need a tow. He jumped it off with his charger stayed around until he was sure that her car would get us homeI actually made a trip back to Foley to get the aforementioned charger because he did not have with him. Their honesty and service went above and beyond and we appreciated it

I highly recommend this company anytime you need a tow. We have used Itty Bitty's Towing on two occasions on two different vehicles and had a great experience. Both times the tow truck arrived within 20 minutes of calling them. The second time we used them was on Christmas Day and they were able to get us from a hard to reach spot in the woods where we were hiking. On both tows, the drivers went above and beyond with customer service. Took great care of our vehicle loading and unloading. Very skillful and friendly drivers both times.
