Brian Ramczyk, owner of R&B Carpets & Flooring, Inc. (6214 Douglas Avenue) has been involved with the flooring industry dating back to his high school days. After a short period of time working in Milwaukee in a complete different industry, Brian came back to his roots and the flooring business due to his love of working with people.
Brian officially opened the doors of his business in 1990 and is proud that his philosophy has not changed since the beginning days. I like to talk and meet new people and every day is a different day. I am very laid back and easy-going. Most people respect this and that is who I am. I try to make them feel comfortable.

My husband and I were looking to purchase carpeting for our living room. The owner was taking care of customers at the time we walked in. He didn’t acknowledge us, greet us. When the customers left the owner continued to ignore us. He only acknowledged us when I asked a question. He appeared to be bothered by our presence. Not to mention he wasn’t wearing a mask in the small show room.

I would never buy carpet from them or anything else. Their customer service is very bad. In 2006 when we bought our house we bought all new flooring from them. The first month the threads were coming up. They charged us to fix it. It happened few times after that and we refused to pay to have it fixed. We wanted different carpet but they wouldn't do anything. Stay away. We were ripped off.
