The Best Braces dentists and team members are committed to providing residents of Southfield, Michigan with healthy, beautiful smiles. We take the time to get to know each patient and their needs before developing a treatment plan that will have them grinning from ear to ear. We are fortunate to have Dr. Randall Shaw as our Clinical Director. He spent the first 30 years of his career practicing full-time in Livonia, Michigan. While there, Dr. Shaw transformed the orthodontic practice started by his Father, Dr. Alfred Shaw, and Dr. James Ginzler into a state-of-the-art practice using the best of today's' technology.
A resident of the metro Detroit area, Dr. Mahjoub attended Notre Dame Preparatory for high school and graduated in 2009. Completing the 7 year BS/DDS program at the University of Detroit Mercy, she received her DDS in 2016 and practiced general dentistry for one year.
Having had orthodontic treatment herself, she was matched at the University of the Pacific Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in San Francisco for orthodontics resident in July of 2017.She has since had significant Damon, Invisalign, and unique treatment modality experiences at an institution that advocates 3D imaging and scanning.

The entire Best Braces team comes to work with a single common goal - to help our patients achieve the smile they've always wanted. Orthodontic treatment should be affordable for everyone. Our treatments start at $150 per month; we also offer a discount to those who pay in full at the beginning of treatment.

I have been coming to The Best Braces for almost a year now, I’m always taken good care of the environment is so soothing and clean. There is always good music and good vibes. The office overall is a modern and comfortable space. Made an appointment leaving the dentist's office next door, Robyn fit me in for an Invisalign consult.
Robyn and Dr. Rizk as well as the lady who took the images and x-rays were all super nice and knowledgeable. They made me feel welcome and I usually am averse to dentist/orthodontist offices.
I was excited to be treated here but they were supposed to talk with the dentist next door and get back to me regarding a concern they raised about a mouthwash and didn't. I called twice and left a voicemail over the next few weeks and never
