Called in was immediately asked if I was a business. I said no I am a individual looking for a tax strategy. I was put on hold then told consultation is 125$ a hour (website says free consultation). I asked if it was free and put on hold again and said it would be prorated to my first bill if I used them (cool). Receptionist told me tomorrow was available and I said ok, she then goes back and forth between yes and no putting me on hold again. This may seem harsh but I would not trust someone with money if you can't stick to what is printed on your site and you can't work out a simple appointment
