We typically take on 12-15 projects per year ranging from floor plan remodels to additions and renovations through to custom new construction homes. We do not purchase property; we do not have any houses available for sale. All of our homes are custom designed and built for our clients. For clients looking for land, we are happy to guide you through the process.
Design/Build is a collaborative, one-stop-shop approach to the construction process. Design/Build syncs creative design with the physical build, creating a single discipline that does it all - program development, architectural plans, concept renderings and actual construction - under one roof and customized to any size project.

We chose Mike and Ellie (Michael Robert Construction and Ellie Mroz Design) to build and design our home not only because of their impeccable taste and attention to every detail, but because they joined us on our homebuilding journey. Building a home from the ground up is both exciting and stressful all at the same time. My wife and I worked with Michael Roberts Construction (MRC) and Ellie Mroz Designs (EMD) to build and design our new home. When we began the process we had an inspiration and a few images of what we wanted our new home to look like and they took those ideas and enhanced them greatly into a concrete vision. I highly recommend Michael and his team at MRC. We did a home renovation this Fall 2019. Quality of workmanship, customer service, design ideas, and professionalism was top-notch across the board. Also competitive pricing compared to other high end builders/renovators. The team at MRC (and the sub-contractors they work with) are problem solvers and find solutions and the work is then constructed with precision care and quality. They are high-end service providers with a creative and innovative ideas.

Michael Robert Construction helped us turn a challenging time in our lives into a positive experience. Our project was not traditional. We were only six months into owning our first home when a massive tree fell on it, making the home uninhabitable and requiring significant repairs.
Mike was sensitive to our situation - he was quick, thoughtful, thorough and competitive in his proposal. We highly recommend Mike and the entire team at MRC. They worked closely with us to design and build a major home renovation and the results are fantastic!
