Options Foundation Inc. is a 501(c)3 Non-Profit Organization dedicated to providing quality, affordable housing options for mentally ill adults. Options Foundation was organized in 1994 opening their first HUD Independent Living Project in 1999, offering 20 two-bedroom apartments serving forty individuals.

1 in 5 people suffer from mental illness; approximately 57.7 million Americans every year. Up to 2/3 of homeless adults suffer from chronic alcoholism, drug addiction, mental illness or some combination of all three. These statistics may seem shocking, but they are true. Options Foundation actively participates in keeping these numbers down and exists for the sole purpose of helping our community.
