Went to BMW Omaha today with my son, we both ride. I am/will be upgrading my bike. Currently a Kawasaki. Sales person was border line arrogant. Paused and had to "think about it" when asked if a 2020 Kawasaki could be traded in on a brand new BMW.
I really do not care how good the BMW brand is, my next bike (purchase date less then 90 days from now) will NOT be a BMW based completely on the attitude of the sales person. Arrogant sales people

I had an Outstanding experience at BMW Motorcycles of Omaha. I was traveling from Florida to North Dakota when I became in great need of sprockets and chain for my F700 GS. The Parts and Service Manager, Richard, and the Technician, Heath, got me set up for parts and the repair done in one day. I was then back on the road. Great service and support. Nothing but outstanding compliments for the Omaha dealer.

These guys deliver awesome service. I was traveling through Nebraska on a multi state tour and needed a quick routine service. No issues working me in to the schedule and I was out on the road in no time. Super knowledgeable and nice guys, even gave me the preferred routes to my next stop. Nice showroom and facility, support your local shop that supports riders.

Drove all the way to town to get a specialty part for my bike. Came in the store was greeted with "how can I help you" I mentioned I needed a headlight bulb. The salesman's response was that's all you need and then picked up the phone and began a conversation with someone completely ignoring me. Might possibly be because I was on my day off clothing and I didn't appear to be a multi-business owner with the finance to buy right off the floor. Insanely rude the only reason I give three stars is because BMW makes an excellent product. Unfortunately for them you can purchase directly online and not

Amazing staff and workmanship. I was greeted when I walked in and welcomed me by stating that they were ready for my appointment and all the required parts were present. I also purchased a set of tires they recommended and after 600 miles am very pleased with the tires and service. It is nice to see a shop that has great customer service and quality service.

Omaha is lucky to have this motorcycle store. Jim, Richard and Heath are all nice guys and will do what they can to make a customer happy. The motorcycle world is a tough world in which to run a business as younger adults are not riding motorcycles and the baby boomers are giving up riding. We are lucky to have this dealership which carries the best motorcycle on the road.

Terrible customer service, they acted like they where doing me a favor to help me. I pre called on parts availability to make sure they had them, they said they did then when I arrived they did not have them! I drove an hour, why didn't I just get them off the internet? I actually wanted to buy a F800GS they had but after the above, not likely.

I have been riding BMW's for the last 11 years and bought all my bikes BMW Motorcycles of Omaha. They are a first class operation and have always treated me right even going out of their way to help me many times. I have to say I am shocked after reading some of these reviews here on Yelp. I recommend that you go in and see for yourself what a great dealership this is.

I've purchased two motorcycles (traded the first one after a short time because I wanted a bigger bike) and both times I was satisfied with their service and their attention to detail. Their sales technique is straightforward and without pretension. They sell a quality product and they have helped me after the sale with great service work, and advice. Hands down, I recommend them to everyone who inquiries about my bike. They guys work hard, get busy like everyone else, and could use some secretarial help to keep customers advised about delays...typical issue with small business and not atypical
