Against my better judgment, l bought a used FLHXXX/Tourpak entirely over the phone. They sent extensive pictures and made a fair deal, arrived at my front door 2 mos. later. Shipping left it stranded because of huge snowstorm in Midwest and So. Plains. Had some accessory work done to it and rode it to IN from SC in July, homerun was had by all. Shout out to Tony Moses for his honesty and attention to detail, thanks Tony!

Had a GREAT day up there today. Drove out from Lincoln to do a little window shopping and came home with a bike. First Harley!!!! J. Davis was awesome and all the people were GREAT. Love the bike. If I could, I would give more than 5 stars. My husband and I stopped in to the dealership on our way home in August.from South Dakota to Georgia. We were buying shirts from each state along the way. Everyone was super helpful and very nice. Very clean, and good selection of products. About a week ago, we had an accident on our bike, and my husband's shirt was ruined. I looked online, and couldn't find the shirt to order. I called the store, spoke to Angel, and explained the situation. He gave me his personal cell number to send a picture of the shirt to see if he could find it for me. I got a message

My husband & I were first time customers at Loess Hills Harley Davidson, and looking to upgrade my current bike. Tony answered all our questions, took time to explain things all the while handling two sets of customers at once. He was respectful, patient and ended up making two sales. We never felt put off while he dealt with the other couple and vice versa. Great experience!

I was in Iowa last week for 2 funerals, but I did not have an opportunity to visit the Pacific junction store. I really wanted a T-shirt, since my parents are both from Iowa, and in particular the Loess Hills. I decided to call the store to see if I could purchase a T-shirt over the phone. Jessica helped me and she went above and beyond! She explained to me on the day that I called that she would need to discuss the matter with her manager to see if a shipment to California was possible. I gave her a good time to call, and she called me promptly the next day! She was able to take all of my information

This bike deal started when Nycole sent me a note on FB marketId been kicking the idea around of downsizing/trading. Took a ride to see Joe and Tony (the enablers) of all things wonderful about motorcycle discussions. Then, i ran into old acquaintance Glen, and while having our chat on our way through service to the toybox, I see some big ugly motorcycle I dont need whatsoever. But of course I inquire about it…Glen and Dan took some time, and we made it work logically for both parties on a trade. Dealing locally and having dealer support becomes an important factor as we progress into the hobby
