We just completed another project with Ray & his team & we could not be more thrilled with the results. Communication is excellent throughout the process & Ray is always sensitive to our budget as he makes recommendations. I have found the pricing to be more than competitive.
This was our 4th project over the past 3 years & the experience has been consistently beyond expectations. We have replaced hardwood on the main level, all new stairs & spindles, carpet on the 2nd level & most recently LVP for the basement. As I was searching online for the perfect floors for my kitchen since I replaced the countertops, and to replace my 17yr old carpet in the basement and on the stairs. We are so happy with the work Carpet & Floors Market did on our home. We went in looking for help when Home Depot disappointed us, we thought letting the big box handle it all would be easy, but after the nickel and dime estimate and the lack of knowledge with the “flooring specialist” that helped us we were both super stressed out and our confidence in Home Depot’s ability was not there. Shady management practices and installer wall and wood trim damage made this a negative experience. Kevin did a good job measuring and pricing our job in our home. Kevin's work van and uniform had a company logo. The applicable $250 coupon on website had not been priced in or mentioned on the estimate given. We wrote the contract after much discussion with Ray who pulled Kevin's estimate. We were given assurances the installers would be experienced company employees. Ray stated the $250 coupon was not applicable. When asked why he stated that the price had gone up since our in home estimate a few
