Walked in to ask for a simple estimate for tint on my car, the whole conversation lasted maybe 10 seconds. The clerk behind the desk didn’t even look at me during the whole exchange just stared straight at his computer, and had an expression like I was inconveniencing him, and ran through the different tint options / pricing so fast I couldn’t even decipher what he had just told me. I felt that his customer service skills were pretty sub par. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I’d give these guys ten stars if I could. I walked in Saturday afternoon just looking for a quote and to see what they offered. I decided to book an appointment for window tint and they got me in right then and there. I went to the waiting room and was done an hour later. Absolutely incredible. And everyone was very professional and friendly, and the work was high quality. I’ll definitely be using these guys again if I need any more vehicles tinted.

The SmartFilm team was knowledgeable and courteous throughout the process. The recommended a tint based on what I was looking for and installed it in a few hours. I was able to do some remote work while relaxing in their waiting area with the free wifi they provide. Excellent and very happy overall. Highly recommend.

Hands Down....Smart Film is the BEST. I did my due diligence by checking other companies work and pricing and Smart Film gave me more bang for my buck, has the best warranty and went way beyond my expectations. In June, I was looking for a good window tinting place and came across this company. The reviews were amazing. So, I called to make an appointment and spoke to Brad. He was awesome and so personable. I felt comfortable with my decision. I took my Tesla in and had window tinting done. At that time, I noticed their PPF (and wasn't aware of films to protect cars), but I just had ceramic coating done elsewhere a few days prior. After doing extensive research on auto tinting companies I decided to go to Smartfilm and I'm very pleased with my decision. Smartfilms professionalism and service is unmatched. Terrible customer service. Not the first time I was unhappy with the service I received but since I had already paid them I had no choice but to return. I brought my 2021 Tesla model Y in for a clear bra. I bought the top package offered. Today I noticed a chip on the driver side quarter-panel so i brought the car in to have it looked at. Come to find out pretty much nothing is covered by this very expensive product that was installed. Store said warranty did not cover the scratch that went through the protective coating and paint.

These guys are AMAZING!! spoke to them on the phone about getting some things done, and they were very forthcoming with advice about what was best to do.
Took the Mini to see them for some window tints and headlight reno, and application of some other bits and pieces. How well did it go..... Just look at the pics, look at that headlight!!
So happy with that, asked them about replacement windshield on my truck, had that replaced today, on time, perfect job, and great price.

We had film put on our windows facing west for our house. From the estimate from Tracy, which was the lowest with samples and his knowledge of the product and installation to the actual installation exceeded our exceptions.

I talked to Brad Evans and he got me in and fixed up right away. These guys are the best pro's out there with The Best Car Bras (Paint Protection Film). I got the 10mil XPEL (the best of the best)10year warranty touring package on my new 2020 Chevy Bolt Premier.
It was done so well you can't even see it. Brad and the guys are awesome. They even repaired the rock chip on my transportation car a 2018 VW Golf, in just minutes when I came back to pick up the Bolt. They are big EV guys and just cutting edge. It is like family but the one you choose not the one that you inherent.

I didn't bother checking out any other window tinting companies because they had such good, consistent reviews. I first called just to get information on tinting ( I did try to do an online quote via Yelp but didn't get a response). The gentleman I spoke to was helpful, and I tried to make an appointment a week later. Unfortunately, they did have to temporarily shut down due to a COVID exposure, but I'm glad they were transparent about it and did the right thing.
I finally got in last Saturday morning. I was hoping to see/feel the demos in the showroom, but that wasn't offered

I am in Tempe but will only get my tint done at SmartA+film. This is my second vehicle getting tint done and we (hubby and I) have been extremely happy with this local business.
Each time we have come here to get our vehicles tinted we have experienced great customer service. Even now, they are following Covid rules and very professional. They always give us information on what we can do to make sure our experience with them is superb.
