After showing up at 1:30 because this is what I was told over the phone, I was turned away because my appointment was supposed to be at 1:10. I’m then told that it’s a 15 minute period they can wait, I walked in the door 16 minutes after 1:10, only because I misunderstood the appointment time and thought it was 1:30 after being told this over the phone. THEN, explain to the woman in the front that I traveled two hours for this appointment and my insurance runs out at the end of this month and NEEDED this appointment. She tells me there’s basically nothing she can do and turns me away. My

I visited this practice for the first time on December 8,2021. If I could have given more stars ⭐️ I would have, the doctor there gave me a complete eye examination and I’m glad they did because I hadn’t been seen for my eyes in 2 years, I would recommend it to anyone who wants to know what exactly is going on with your eyes weather it’s a routine visit or something else going is on with your vision ! They are friendly there and treat you well

Took my son to get an exam and glasses, follow up is terrible! They never called to let us know they were in. I think to give them another chance, schedule an appointment for today at 3:40. I get there at 3:30 and see 7 people in the waiting room and 2 more outside waiting!! I’m told “sir, there will be a wait today”, not for me. Sorry, but I will never step foot in this place again!!

Staff made some errors in recording my visual acuity report. The wait time was frustrating. I arrived early. No one else was there and they still brought me back later than my appointment time. After the preliminary assessments were performed by the technician, I still had to wait a while for the optometrist to see me. Checkout was also slow.. Not very efficient in their patient flow. Allow a solid 4 hours if you plan to stay and pick out glasses. Too much time for me!

I am very pleased with the eye exam and the prescription for a pair of glasses that corrected all of my vision problems. I have found that the staff is courteous and very attentive and work hard to take care of any problem or issue that arises. Looking forward to a long assoc with Family Eye Center!
