Our Care Connect virtual wellness program engages patients to prioritize their health with customized educational videos and telemonitoring Bluetooth equipment, which can include a scale, blood pressure cuff and pulse oximeter. The data collected from these devices is uploaded to a tablet and reviewed by the patient's private nurse 24/7.
Each of our Medicare patients are thoughtfully paired with an exceptionally responsive registered nurse who provides comprehensive case management, IV therapy, post-cardiac rehab, palliative support, wound care, medication administration and more.

Indian River Home Care physical therapists collaborate closely with our nurses, occupational therapists, speech language pathologists and nursing assistants to revitalize and rehabilitate our patients.
Physical therapy services are provided under the order of a physician, or privately if requested, and include developing a personalized plan of care, implementing individualized exercise routine, training on proper use of assistive devices, assisting with medication management, suggesting home modifications and performing physical assessments.

Occupational therapy complements both physical therapy and speech therapy by helping patients to develop, recover and maintain the skills needed to perform personal daily activities and carry out the routines they have become accustomed to. Indian River Home Care occupational therapists use an array of techniques to assist with these activities, which include bathing, dressing, laundry and cooking.

I have never worked for a company that cares so much for their patients and the people that take care of them the way Indian River Home Care does. Patient care takes priority over everything and they strive to make a better home care experience for all who need them. There is no better home care provider than IRHC. Not only do they take care of my mother, but there are many people in this retirement community that use them and are satisfied beyond expectations. Being in my 60’s with an elderly parent it is a relief to now that Indian River Home Care is here. I live part time out of the country and I know my mother is being well looked after while I’m away. Thank you for your good work.

I had several surgeries with in a 2 month period and looked to Indian River Home Care for assistance. The nurse Tasha was amazing, attentive and very caring when changing my bandages. She explained things in detail, showed up on time and set the appointments before she left. I also had the speech guy, Wes visit me to check on my progress with swallowing food and drinking which was a challenge at times. His evaluation was great and his suggestions worked out very well for me. I would recommend this agency to anyone needing assistance. They had also helped us out when my mother had been released

I highly recommend IR Home Care. The staff is very professional and friendly. I received help 2 times and Victoria, my point of contact is always available for me and both times made sure I get to the procedures on time giving me details of the home care specialist. I'm very happy I found this company because they really work hard for their patients.

Indian River Home Care really stepped up and helped my family when my father had knee replacement surgery. They contacted the surgeon before and after surgery to make sure they were providing the best treatment possible. My father never had to leave the house after surgery and that was because of their amazing staff! Karen came to the house to take his blood and Natalie did his physical therapy right in our living room! His speedy recovery was definitely attributed to their awesome care!! I will forever be grateful for how they treated my family!
