Better Life Home Care has been an amazing agency with my parents care. I have referred many friends and family members to them. They went above and beyond and even worked with my father a veteran to get benefits from the VA that paid for homecare as my dad was running out of money to pay for homecare. As the daughter of an elderly client, I recommend Better Life Home Care without reservation. The supervisor was personable and attentive to both me and to my father's needs. She came to meet with me at the house, and texted and phoned me when necessary. The caregiver was literally a life-saver!!! I live many states away and she would update me about my dad, even notifying me when he was leaving on a extended car trip (and should not have been driving). I felt so lucky to have found this service.
