Without a doubt they should not show picture of them helping elderly. They were supposed to pick up my 96 year old mother at dentist. I called at 2pm and he said it will be 20 minutes. At 3:45pm they still had not come. When I called the person on duty was so terribly rude- he said "we don;t have airplanes". And "go ahead and complain" He was incredibly rude and insensitive- Please do not use .
