Went in on 11/07/21 at about 12pm and got my truck was after I came back from the dessert. I told the cashier Lindley to spray it good before running in the machine. After I got to the vacuum area, I started to dry the truck and it now has scratches everywhere!! Specially on the hood. I came over to explained to him the condition and he didn't bother walking over to see the car. He started to explain that it can't be the machine that it has never happened. I demanded he came over to see and I asked for the owners contact information and refused to provide. He gave me the run down that

At first my experience was not so good. A few of the staff would interrupt me while I was speaking to them. Jump to conclusions and one individual raised his voice at me for no apparent reason. Well, I went to terminate my Unlimited monthly plan and began to speak with LINLEY. He wasn't busy with customers and actually had the time to speak with me. I explained to him what had happened with my vehicle and he actually listened, validated what I said and apologized. On 8/12/2021 around 11am after getting my car washed I pulled into the first vacuum stall to use the towels and vacuum. As I was vacuuming the hose snapped from above and hit the top of my head. When I told the manager on duty he showed no concern and just said it's only plastic. I came to inform him and he laughed it off. He sent one of his female workers to re-install the hose, I ended up helping her. Your faulty equipment hit the top of my head I want to hear back from the owner.

DO NOT OPT IN FOR MONTHLY PLAN!!
I was a customer for an year. I cancelled my unlimited wash subscription since I was moving out-of-state. But I am continuing to get charged for third month in a row. I tried calling them many times over phone which nobody picks up. There I no other way of reaching out while I am here at the east coast :/
Update: I had friend visit the car wash to cancel my subscription. They agreed. But guess what. They kept charging again. I had to cancel my credit card altogether.

The lady said to move forward as I was about to enter the wash but she almost made me hit the car in front of me that I couldn't see due to the water coming down. She wanted me to go into reverse to fix the issue but that made me get stuck on the track. Bad communication and timing. Also very poor quality wash.

This place just charge me $17.99 they kept charging my card for $17.99 even though I already cancelled my membership with them along time ago I haven’t had a car wash with this place in a year because I don’t have a car anymore and this place keeps charging me. You guys should be aware when you give your card because they will keep charging you and when you try to contact support they will just ignore you and act like they can’t do anything about it! Mind you not they charged my card every week I’m filing a complaint because this is not right taking advantage of people who’s suffering

Cancelled my monthly service and I'm still getting charged every month. I called to cancel and was sent straight to voicemail saying that their voicemail box was full. I had to go to the cashier who took my number and told me they would call me soon but its been 3 days with no call.
Update: Had to call my bank to cancel the 2nd unapproved charge. 9 months later, I got charged again out of nowhere. This place is a scam, please avoid.

The people here are very friendly and helpful. Competitive pricing for a good car wash. Love the monthly unlimited package! Vacuums have great suction and high quality clean towels are provided to dry you car. Other than full service I don't know what else you could want from a car wash and you would not get full service at these prices. Excellent value!

Had signed up for the $22.99 monthly and everytime I get my car washed they give me the basic wash. I informed the owner of what's happening and he told to remind the staff about the wash I signed for everytime I go there (unbelievable). Also, I informed the owner to cancel my subscription and he said he will cancel it but now I see the monthly charge in my acct. Bad service.

This is not not not not a touch less car wash as they self promote! I took my car in because it was very dusty and not actually dirty. They proceeded to use a brush on a broom handle! OMG grind the fine dust into my paint! I stopped that right away. Then I see the horror of rotating brushes. I almost backed out. Maybe their employees do not touch the cars anymore but this is not a touch less car wash. Avoid this place if you value your car's finish. I almost freaked out. First and last time for me. Why do they advertise touch less and are not?????

What pisses me off even more, I pay $50 a month for unlimited full service. All of sudden without any warning, they switched it to self service. What a bunch of crooks. "A bunch of our employees quit on us" was the only explanation. Lame! So instead of crediting me, they just prorated my membership, then all of a sudden a shut down.
There are other car washes that are open during this time that are self service, what&apos

This is an update to my first review. Been coming here for about a year now was super happy because when I pay for a car wash I expect it to be cleaned on the inside with no dust particles left or at least not tons and this place seem to do it well for a while however today the guy was pushy with a sales trying to get me to upgrade to the $25 wash telling me how great it's going to be and now I'm leaving with dust particles in my car which is really annoying. Guess I should just do it myself

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the service I received. I recently bought my car and inspected every inch of it before purchasing it only to have it damaged at this car wash. My rim was heavily scratched and the paint on it was completely obliterated. I got home after the car wash and was shocked, knowing how well the car is looked after. My mother has the same scratches on her rim from her visit to the car wash and realized it after I told her what had happened to my car. With damages to two cars in our household I knew this could be no coincidence, and sure enough I was reassured by other dissatisfied
