Charles is both exceptionally thorough, but in a way that is very understandable to the layperson (me). He also indicated specific language to ask for in the repair documents as well as what to look for to make sure remediation steps were correctly addressed rather than superficially addressed. He took the time to explain exactly why regulations were the way they were, and why something would be want to be done.

Charles did an awesome job and was very thorough and very helpful. This is my first home and he made sure to take the time to explain everything he was looking at to me as well as explaining why he was looking at it. He told me everything he saw good or bad, things to keep an eye while owning this on or another home, and helped explain common things he sees as well as how they can be corrected. He also helped me understand how to plan ahead and when to expect replacements and how much to expect them to cost. My husband and I recently hired Housebusters to perform an inspection on a home we are interested in buying. This is the second time that we've engaged their services. Charles is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He arrived at the house before I did and had already started his inspection. He took a lot of time to explain the ins and outs of what he was looking for and what he found. His reports are detailed and were sent within 2 days of the inspection.
