Scott Merashoff of SOLID Certified Home Inspections was referred to us by a friend. We contacted him, with very little notice, to see if he would be able to do an inspection for us on the home we are purchasing. Even though we gave him little notice, Scott was able to do it for us. He was there when he said he would be, the inspection was very thorough, and he took the time to go over each item with me and answer my many questions. He got the report to me THE NEXT DAY!!
