My mother contacted them to check my fathers lungs after having pneumonia due to COVID complications. He is of course negative and no longer has COVID, but to make sure he no longer has pneumonia he must get checked up after being in the hospital. So even after multiple phone calls telling us when our appointment is and what time, 15 minutes before our appointment on our way to the clinic they tell us that there will be a virtual meeting. You can not virtually check someones lungs, and also why make an appointment to come in person and change it 15 minutes before the appointment to virtual. Highly

I absolutely loved the sincere care they have for their patients. I had no trouble at ALL setting up an appointment, getting seen, getting my meds or any other thing. The staff was extremely friendly as well The nurse practitioner and doctor definitely have my health at their best interest. They were able to help me out and get down to what I needed without the usual run around you get from other doctor's offices. Everyone there was very courteous and professional. I highly recommend this office for your medical needs.

My husband has insomnia and has not slept in 48 hours. We came in to see Dr. Hanh this morning at 9 am and explained this situation to her. We paid our co pay , attended the visit and went to cvs to pick up the prescriptions. We are still sitting in the cvs parking lot awaiting the prescription to be called in AT 230 pm. We have called several times and have been told by the very rude receptionist the doctor can only call in prescriptions. NO ONE else can call in prescriptions. There are 3 other rude and incompetent staff members in the front that were unable to help as well. We have two pay double

Dr. Nguyen is a professional and care doctor that we can hardly find now a day in the medical field. Despite of the busy daily schedule, Dr. Nguyen still followed our test report at night and contacted us to inform the result and recommended the next test and specialist. I agree with the other guys post. I just fired this lady because of how she ran things there. Found out I indeed had a condition that I always thought I did, but she would always say I probably didn't have it, and never ran a test for it until the last time I visited. Bam! Sure enough, my TR levels were low. The same thing happened to me in regards to getting me to make an appointment in order to receive a refill on a REGULAR, maintenance medication. All of a sudden it was a problem when it was not in the past? I have also received expensivie bills that looked suspicious and it is probably due

My experience was beyond horrible. The only star goes to the doctor herself. She needs to replace the entire front staff immediately. Their customer service is embarrassing and absolutely ridiculous for a healthcare provider. From unreturned phone calls & voicemails (about prescription refills nonetheless) to cutting me off every time I spoke on the phone to CVS pharmacy asking me to reach out to the doctor's office because they weren't getting calls returned to a random statement from my insurance that the office could not explain to the utter lack of respect and care....need I go on? My father was very unhappy because it was really frustrating to get refills on his blood pressure medication. Saying they needed him to come in for every refill.. He didn't also appreciate the Dr. putting him through tests that weren't covered under medicare, leaving him stuck with a 600 dollar bill.. Dealt with the bill for about 6 months trying to get it "coded" correctly but no codes worked.. My father really liked her at first but then felt like she was just trying to take advantage of medicare. On why he stopped going on there and why I'm writing this review is because the Dr. never contacted
