One of the worst experiences, the doctors do not care about your pain and do nothing to help. This clinic is always overbooked and the doctors are super fast given quantity without quality. We are very happy to be repeatedly ignored here because we were forced to find another doctor where he took all the time necessary to help and find solutions. If you have the opportunity go somewhere else.

I Was told to come in for a follow up on some new medication and subsequent refill. Was told it would be no charge first time, when i confirmed the day before and as i was walking out the door. Get to the office and suddenly it is an office visit. They lured me in for a medication i wasn’t even sure i needed with promise of a free follow up. They then tried to charge me $118 dollars. If insurance does not pay then I’ll be stuck with the bill over a 30 min and 5 min conversation. Could not even get my reimbursement check as billing is only there once a week and did not complete on time. After

This review is not about the doctors it is against the office people that they do not have any idea what to do. Walk in without any appointment because there is options for that. They walk me in to wait and I was there more that 50 min, just sitting and waiting for someone. No information. After 50 min just walk out and asked what is going on thinking that they forgot me. Their explanation was that all of the patients with appointments have priority. Perfectly understood but you have to speak up and explain what is going on. I am busy too and have staff to do to. This clinic was amazing and I highly recommend. From the front desk staff to the medical assistant all the way yo the amazing doctor. I had COVID and was in extreme pain. Their procedure was to remain in the car until someone comes to get you. I was a walk in and expected a wait time. I wait about 45-1 hour which was fine because all I wanted to do was sleep. The medical assistant was so kind and patient. She didn’t treat me like I was weird because I had COVID. Then the doctor didn’t even wear PPE gear, well of course he wore a mask, he touched my face and was super kind and patient as well

UPDATE/EDIT: I only received a call back after the office saw this review, and they asked me to change it/remove it. Not only this, but I went to the cardiologist they referred me to, and after doing several tests, he told me he saw NOTHING wrong or concerning about my heart and said it was perfectly healthy. Turns out I was misdiagnosed by the PA and the cardiologist even said that he wasn’t sure why she would even think I had any issues. Very disappointing and frustrating that I was put through this stressful situation for no reason.

Both providers are knowledgeable with years of experience. They listen intently to their patients and strive to provide the best plan of care. They are compassionate and prioritize the well-being of their patients. Others may complain about the wait time but that is a testament to how many people in the community seek their care. I have been coming here to see Dr. Albert and Shannon for many years now and I absolutely love them. They always greet me kindly at the front desk. I see Shannon and she takes her time to listen to my concerns and never rush me. The nurses are very friendly and professional, especially Cynthia, I absolutely love her. Dr. Albert is the most amazing physician I have ever come across! My daughter has been seeing him since she was 5 and she is now 11. We also have a new baby in the way, and he will be their physician too! All of the physicians and employees on site are so sweet and amazing, and always go above and beyond to make you comfortable. I would DEFINITELY recommend Texas Medical Home to any and everyone!
