Karla and Emily were great to work with for our menu tasting! Between all the caterers we contacted, they were the most prompt to get back to us, and come up with an estimate. Their menu options are also extensive, and they were very transparent with us on what style of dinner would work best for our venue set up, and ensuring we have great options for our guests, as well as where we can candidly cut corners without degrading quality of service.

We hired River Valley Catering for our wedding in June 2019. They were one of the recommended vendors from our wedding venue and after considering menus, pricing, and customer service, we decided they were the best fit for us! Our tasting at the restaurant made the choice even more clear; they were so friendly and accommodating - willing to customize for us and honest with their opinions about what is popular or how many people would eat a late night snack, etc.. I have absolutely loved working with RVC. The food was of course so amazing! But what really stood out, was their attention to detail and commitment to getting it all perfect, especially during COVID. We cut our guest list in half and had plated meals and a few special dietary requests and they made it all happen flawlessly. They all wore masks and gloves and coordinated it all so smoothly.

We hired this caterer for our daughters wedding in September 2019. We were very pleased with them overall. The food was great and fresh, the employees were great, overall we could not have been happier..One little glitch we had, we were supposed to receive all the left over food after the wedding and this did not happen. When I called and talked to Emily she agreed it was an oversight and offered to give a credit for the approximate leftovers that they failed to give to us. BUT OVERALL, I would highly recommend them.
