As an RN at Tendercare, I have been blown away by the sincere care this company has for it's employees and clients. Tendercare has been a fantastic company to be a part of. The families and patients are always a joy to provide nursing care for, but it is the support, values, and organization of the office staff and management that makes working here a pleasure. The company is managed by dedicated staff (many of which have served in direct patient care) and employs schedulers who bend over backwards to accommodate both the nurses and families. Would definitely recommend to any caregivers, nurses, or families for the excellent care they provide for the community.

I have been a Tendercare Home Health Aide for seven years and have found Tendercare to be an excellent place to work. While always maintaining to abide by all the required government guidelines and regulations for employees they provide the needed continuing education courses for their employees. I find the administrators to be very attentive and appreciative of their employees. At the same time they really value their clients and desire to give them the best care possible. I have enjoyed working for Tendercare and would recommend them to others seeking employment or care!

Just left my hospital job to work for Tendercare. As an employee my time and skills are respected. Schedules are very flexible, and the staff are always helpful, kind, and willing to solve any problems. I have been paired with wonderful families. I feel safe in the environments I'm in and I get to do what I was missing in the hospital setting which is to truly love and care for my patients. I'm never too busy and I'm always able to go above and beyond and I am able to better meet all of their needs. I feel valued and I can honestly say that I finally love what I do!

Tendercare owners Jim and Leslie Deitchman go the extra mile every single time to make sure their patients and employees are individually cared for abundantly.
