I had been wanting lip filler for quite some time! Tracy did an excellent job and walked me through the entire process. I really liked how she would have me look at the shape and fullness after each poke to make sure that I liked it and if there were any areas that I thought I needed more. I highly would recommend fresh face rx for any aesthetic needs. I was very happy with the outcome of my lips and will be returning in the future.

Dr Jodee genuinely cares and gives honest opinions and is so thoughtful in her approach. I've had multiple services done here (all with great outcomes!) and this time she told me she honestly didn't think I needed anything and to come back in a couple of months. This was my first time ever receiving Botox treatment, and it couldn't have gone more smoothly, I was in and out under 30 minutes! I was super nervous (and literally sweating profusely), but Dr. Jodee was very patient and kind while walking me through the information. Never thought I'd use services like this, but after this visit I'm excited to see what other services they offer!

Dr. JoDee is very impressive, professional, and not overly "frilly" in her bedside manner--which I prefer and seek in my injection professionals. You can tell she is at the top of her game, and conducts herself with a steadiness that is really good to see here in Portland. I've gone to many injection professionals that have an artistic eye in California and NYC, and she is just as good, if not better. I received a micro-needling treatment from Caitlin and she was incredible. I have had this treatment done two times prior by other professionals at other locations and I really felt like Caitlin spent time making sure that I received a great treatment and that my problem areas were addressed. I will 10000% be coming back to see Caitlin and will purchase a package for micro-needling.
The location has a great selection of products and I was able to find parking right up front.
If you are worried about pain, don't be! They numb your face before and you barely can feel much.

Elizabeth has been doing Botox injections for me for about 2 years now. She's personable, knowledgeable, and remembers what's going on in my life and always follows up to ask. I really appreciate that she always answers any questions I might have too.
I've been doing a series of aerolase treatments with Naomi. She's also great at answering my questions and follows up to be sure I'm happy with my results.
Megan has also been wonderful. She runs the show up front. She is also very friendly and professional!

My experience here was great! I was seen right away at my appointment time. No waiting.
Naomi was incredible. She was communicative and talked through every step of the dermaplaning and what she was going to do.
She seemed to care a lot and be really passionate about her work. I enjoyed this spot and will likely be back.

If you are looking for lip fillers, Fresh Faces RX is where you need to be.
Yelp only lets me give 5 stars, but this place is 10/10. From their safe COVID procedures, to the staff, and straight to the fillers. I am incredibly happy with mine. I feel so beautiful and have fallen in love again with my smile!
Dr. JoDee is very knowledgeable and professional. Before we even got to the fillers, she gave me so much information on the procedure, her back round, possible complications, and just what to expect in general. The fillers were not painful and she made sure I was doing okay the entire time

Only thing I forgot to do was not take my fish oil pills more than two days in advance, so there was a little more ooze than usual.
One injection hurt like hell and gave me a huge headache for 3 days but eventually felt fine.
I would go back if I needed anything else or more Botox in the future :)
Very clean and following new guidelines.
Yes I look dumb In my pictures but it's so you see the difference lol
