Our service technician from Septic Blue of Raleigh was Brandon Welch. He was very kind, informative, and explained to us step-by-step exactly what was wrong with our septic tank issues. We had used another local company no more than two years ago and our septic tank was full and drains were clogged again!! Mr. Welch took his time to suction out the tank, flushing the lines, and now our septic system is running like new again. I would definitely encourage anyone with septic or drain issues to contact Septic Blue of Raleigh for all your plumbing needs!!!

Called for an inspection and cleaning of septic system. New to the world of septic systems. Was not cleaned in 7 years. Danny Shortt was the technician and did an awesome job in explaining everything to me. The work was done efficiently and with no issues or surprises. Mike L. did a great job for us. We were overdue for septic tank pump out and Mike thoroughly explained what services we would need to get back to good working order. He also corrected a code (and functionality) issue with our tank. He verified that the system was working properly after performing the necessary services.
