New Day Septic just did our septic pumping. It’s been 5.5 years in our home and we didn’t have any signs of an issue aside from smelling something outside 2 times in the last month. I thought that septic issues caused an ongoing smell. I called and they came out 1 hour later and they were professional and fast. Ours was full and the filter as clogged. He says they recommend doing it every 3-5 years. I would definitely recommend their fast and great customer service!

We needed our septic tank emptied and Ollie came out in a flash. He was quick to respond and very professional and friendly. He also kept me in constant communication of what he was doing during the service and made sure I approved of each step in the process. Great job and great service.

We just purchased this house built in 1983 and as you can see our septic tank definitely reflected that. Originally we were just going to get it cleaned out and get a new concrete lid but when the guys came out here and saw this mess they recommended a complete replacement to a more modern system. When I heard that I thought it would cost a fortune but when they told me the price I agreed right away. They took back the original lid and came back 30 minutes later with all the materials, Cleaned out the tank pumped it and installed the new one. We had great conversation throughout the process and

New Day Septic services arrived early this morning. Ollie came, found the tank , dug up the lid and began pumping in less than 15 minutes. Job from start to finish took about 30 to 40 minutes.
Ollie was courteous, professional, reasonable price and cleaned up behind himself.
Plus this is a young man doing a very needed and honest job .
