At Bello Nurses LLC, we understand that sometimes you or your loved one needs more assistance than a home care aide can provide. Our certified home health aides are licensed to provide care that is of a more medical nature. Skilled caregivers will work very closely with our nurses to monitor health conditions and report changes in health status, in order to maintain our patients' optimum health.

Substandard nursing care. Zero regard for infection control. As a nearly 30 year health care provider, performing similar duties and having an intimate knowledge of IV access, dressings, and medication administration, this nurse did things I would scold a student or co-worker for doing. While changing a dressing, PICC line was moving in and out of the skin. Bello would call and state that the nurse would be there in a three hour block starting in an hour (even comcast will give you several days notice before making you wait.) When the office was called staff was dismissive of concerns. 0/10. Would

The nurses are wonderful. They travel far and always answer the phone anytime of the night. They answer any questions and when you feel unsure about anything they are there to help and give the best advice they can. They help with calling your doctor and coordinating anything you need with your PCP.

Extremely dishonest and rude staff. Liars. Non-communicative. They were tending to my father and changing his dressing so it would not get infected. His dressing is supposed to be changed every five days. It is Nov. 20 2018. They last changed his dressing Nov. 9 2018. They told their management lies about what my mom said to them. Do NOT trust them.

I'd suggest looking around...This company is unreliable. When you call to find out if/when a nurse is coming they don't replace the needed staff. The HR department talk to the nurses about problems but never addresses the patient and family themselves to see what is going on with them and their feelings regarding the care they recieve. Had other staff sleep on my couch over night...left the patient uncomfortable. I know night shift is boring but they shouldn't get paid to sleep.
