Disgusting! Room was filthy! Stained bedding, holes in bedding, hair in bed and all over bathroom. They offered another room & it was just as bad! So bad we had to check into a different hotel!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!!! I booked this hotel in June 2021 on booking.com, The beds had cockroaches and had hairs on the sheets. There was even urine and hair on the toilet seat, the shower curtain had mildew and mold in it. I told the lady at the front desk about a new room but she said no. So I packed up all my things and went to another hotel. I am never coming here again.

If you're on a budget and planning a really last minute trip to LA this is the place to stay. It's really affordable and the owners are really nice. Although it's more of an older hotel it's still really clean and nice. The neighborhood isn't the nicest part of LA but i wasn't uncomfortable or scared in the neighborhood. Also there was a burger place that's opened 24 hours just down the street which was really nice when i was hungry at 2 in the morning! I actually really enjoyed my stay here and if i ever need a cheap/affordable place to stay when i come back

I booked this room on Expedia, and when I got there they didn't have the room that I reserved. I was downgraded to another room, and that room was NASTY. When I first walked into the room, the door was open and there were flys in the room. We closed the door and quickly noticed that the room smelled like urine. I walked into the bathroom I noticed it was urine and hair on the toilet seat, and the shower curtain had mold stains on them. This room is also in an unsafe location, we were scared to leave our luggage when we went to Venice Beach. I booked two nights but only stayed one night because

If you're staying in LA on a budget and need a clean, safe and quiet place to stay this is the spot.

The owners are friendly and accommodating. The location is close proximity to major roads, freeways and downtown LA without having to pay dtla prices. Ample parking also (they do not charge extra for parking like other places do).

Today I finished up a weekend trip...Friday - Sunday. I was in and out of the complex at all different times of the day and night. I never came across anything sketchy in the complex.
They have security cameras in the parking lot and the owners are on site at

This is not in a safe part of LA. Stay away. I'm from some rough parts of Philly, and this area gave me an unsafe vibe. This is the hood. Cops busted someone on the corner, the area was run down, and the owner's office is locked and he doesn't let you into the office to fill out paperwork. Kinda like they do you at gas stations in the hood. That should let you know where you are staying. I did not feel safe walking around at all and thus stayed in my room.

King Bed: old but very clean and super comfy. Nice bed and faulty washbasin- if you love puzzles, this is the one for you- you never know how to turn it on or off. Shower curtain is too light and keeps on attacking u while taking a bath but water pressure is awesome - you could get a real good shower for a long time. The garage is good and safe (my Infiniti stayed safe all the two nights). Place around is shady but nobody from outside enters this premises so you have your privacy. The best part is that this place is really inexpensive with MW, Fridge, Iron box and not so impressive TV channel line
