If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service. We accept most insurance policies and are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, First Dental Health and United Concordia. We will submit all insurance claims for you and will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits.

I have been going here for a while. But recently things changed. He's had some changes with his assistants. The receptionist is the same, but now I've had to wait. I never waited before. Which was a big reason I went here. The front desk is very friendly and polite always acknowledges me when I get there even when she's busy. I've waited over an hour now which had never happened before. I waited to write this review because I thought it was a one time thing that they were running behind but it has happened a couple of times. And I have heard the same from some coworkers that

I have only been going for a short time with Dr. Miles but he is very professional and knowledgeable. My kids ages 6 and 8 felt comfortable and the dentist assistant was very sweet with my kids. Office Receptionist is very professional, helpful we enjoyed our visit with Dr. Miles. My kids can't wait to go back.

Each person my husband and I have enountered at this office has been very friendly and helpful. Lisa is super friendly and always greets you with a smile. Dr. Miles is nothing extrememly knowledgeable and professional as well as kind. If you are tired of traveling to San Diego to find decent dental care look them up. (He also takes care of my implants)

My husband had a dental issue he needed checked out. His usual dentist is +300 miles away so we needed to find someone local.
The building is pretty old when we pulled up which gave my husband some second thoughts. The high rating gave him the courage to go in. You first walk into an entrance to the office and then to the waiting room. They have updated the inside nicely. It is clean and nicely decorated with

Dr. Miles' office was professional in every way. The appointment was made for a reasonably quick period of time. The dental hygienist Roxanne was prompt and skillful. Dr. Miles' work was efficient and sharp. I couldn't have asked for more in a dentist. Going to the dentist is not something people look forward to, but in the case of Dr. Miles, my experience couldn't have been smoother.

I am always seen in a reasonable amount of time. No long waits! Dr. Miles is great, had a root canal and I can say the experience of having it done was not a bad one, pleasant compared to the pain I was feeling beforehand. Staff is always very friendly and takes the time to remember you and you situation(s).

My family and I have been coming here for a few years now and love it. A coworker recommended Dr. Miles and I'm so glad she did! The staff and Dentist are extremely nice and genuinely care about their patients. There is often no waiting and we are typically seen within 5 minutes. For someone who used to hate going to the dentist and had some terrible experiences, I look forward to getting my teeth cleaned now and I know my kids do too.

I have been going to Dr. Miles for the past 6 or 7 years on and off. I don't like the dentist as my visits usually result in fillings and root canals. But going to Dr. Miles I at least have a positive experience even if it is painful. The front desk is always welcoming and remembers me. Dr. Miles is knowledgable and gets me in and out with little to no wait time. I would and do recommend him to my friends and family.

I've been with Dr. Miles for about thirty years. There are a lot of dentists around. Dr. Miles is not only a great dentist--but he is interesting as well. I never liked going to the dentist until I realized that I looked forward to his humor and insights. His staff is welcoming and very helpful. Overall, I just hope his practice outlasts me!

My first visit to see Dr. Miles was a great experience. From my very first phone call to meeting the girls in the front, everyone was kind and very welcoming. When Dr. Miles first came I and introduced himself, he made me feel at ease. He explained everything in detail and let me know what he was doing every step of the way. He also saw my 17 year old daughter and she thought he was great! He had a great rapport with her. I was at was at ease the minute we walked in the door. I highly recommend Dr. Miles and his staff. I'm actually looking forward to my next visit with Dr. Miles.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Miles and his staff. Five star quality and beyond! Not a fancy office, not a bunch of flare, just homey and comfortable! You don't feel pressured at all! I can't tell you how many past dental offices I've been to where they don't even ask if anything is bothering me, they just want to throw a bunch of foreign gibberish my way about my teeth and charge me an arm and a leg or more!

Dr. Miles! One in a million! I went to him when I was really young and moved away I had to go in for an emergency broken toof and he got me in a matter of minutes he fixed me up no pain at all! Filled the tooth paid my 50 dollar bill and I was on my way as happy as can be. Very sweet man with a strong passion for teeth!
