This has to be the best dental office ,I have ever been too. Everyone is so friendly and very professional. They explained every procedure to me and made me feel very comfortable. Friendly staff but ask questions! I.e: I want to know what my insurance will and will not pay for BEFORE they do it so I don’t get any surprises in a bill later. They will want to do a so called “Deep-cleaningâ€, that will cost out of pocket upwards of $260 . I’d rather them do a regular cleaning that my insurance will pay for entirely. Plus a “Deep cleaning†can be intensive and very uncomfortable… not to mention, in MY mind, ‘Questionable’ for its necessity!

On 06-16-21 we had to make an emergency after hours appointment to get my old man's tooth pulled that was in what seemed to him like it was in the early stages of abscessing. It was quick and easy and Dr. Ray was amazing, she got the tooth out in one go and the old man was very pleased and even said he would be willing to go back despite us living in Nebraska. All in all 10/10 would return.

My experience at Dr. Korsands office in El Centro was great! Today I had a deep cleaning and crown replacement. Everything went smoothly, called back almost immediately after checking in, and I was in and out in less than 1.5 hours. The staff were very professional and explained what they were doing during the entire process. I would definitely recommend them for your dental needs!

Yikes, what a terrible experience. Had my wisdom teeth extraction today. Apparently Dr. Khorsand removed 3 of my teeth but then left without saying a word? Sat with gauze and another plastic thing that kept my mouth open and with literally no one coming to check up for 30+ minutes. Obviously I was super confused and about to flag someone down until thank god Dr. Wray came and took out my last tooth for me. Apparently, the last one was curved and needed more time for numbing which I would have been completely fine with had someone let me know.

This place is so unprofessional and inconsiderate of people. Especially if you're a minority and NOT Hispanic. I am never greeted when I walk in nor am I ever spoken to in general unless it's time for me to be seen. Today, I had an appointment for 11am, and I waited an hour to be seen just for getting stitches out (which by the way only takes two seconds). I was only seen because I actually went to the front desk and said something. Also when I had my wisdom teeth removed, the dentist had the nerve to ask me if I was on drugs before I came in because I was weak!? Are you kidding me??
