All they coded it the billing wrong so for a simple acne consultation they charged me almost $200 in the middle of this pandemic not nice at all. Please let’s not supports businesses like this. There are many dermatologist that are really good but small let’s support those.

I am not one to leave reviews but I left this office in tears this morning. I have been going to this office for 10 years! I went to have a routine check up and I was greeted by the rudest and least compassionate office staff I have ever met. I had a problem with my new insurance. I wanted to make sure that it was verified prior to going back for my appointment because I didn’t want to have any issues with billing. They told me that it was not verified and that I had to self-pay. I called my insurance company and I do in fact have insurance as I knew. They were providers. Information must’ve

I went to Dr. Sonne for fillers and botox. He is so amazing at what he does and what a wonderful bed side manner, very kind man. I was starting to really have sagging in my face and feeling quite down about myself, I walked out of his office yesterday and almost cried in 1 hour Dr. Sonne took years off my face and gave me so much confidence. I'm not overdone at all, I went to work today and nobody had a clue they just said I looked really rested and pretty. Thank you so much for a job well done!

I went to the Woodruff Institute a month ago for a free consultation with Nicole Habib. She explained everything thoroughly, explaining the procedures I was interested in. Yesterday she performed my cosmetic procedures. She is so caring and artistic - yes it's an art as well as a science. Her goal was to make me look exactly the way I wanted. When the little tiny bit of swelling goes down, I am so looking forward to seeing the new and improved me!! I'm just sorry I waited so long. All staff are caring and professional, and I highly recommend the practice, and Nicole in particular.

Dr. Sonne and Dr. Lambert have provided outstanding care to me and my family for many years. A year ago I would have given this office 5 stars. Things have changed for the worst. Although they claim to be in network for UHC, they have tried to force my wife to pay up front for visits rather than submitting the claim. We refused to pay out of pocket, the claim was submitted and paid in full through UHC.
They also tried billing us for an appointment that was already paid in full over a year ago.
This office was not like this before and we never had a problem in the past. The office is still very nice and the doctors are great. But if their billing department is going to refuse to submit
