Dry Needling is an effective therapy to treat muscular tension, trigger points, soft tissue pain and spasm. These painful soft tissue conditions are often associated with arthritis, nerve irritation, muscular strain, ligament strains and herniated discs. Dry Needling is called "Dry" because there is no medication injected as traditional trigger point injections.

I first started seeing this practice when I relocated back to Virginia to establish care. I went with the expectation that I would get my back adjusted and be on my way. I got way more than I bargained for!
They were able to help me diagnosis the numbness in my arms that no other physicians would address. Dr. John is also a functional medicine doc so he was able to help me find out (via a food panel) that I had a gluten intolerant and I was allergic to peanuts.
I've struggled with my weight since being diagnosed with my autoimmunes but I never knew food was also hurting me. I swear by this practice

Dr J has been a great friend and brother over the years. He more than anyone I have known has had the heart, perseverance, faith, empathy, encouragement, and zeal to see my healing come to fruition. I suffered from disabilities sustained during my time in the Marines that included brain stem compression and 7 degenerating discs. I have regained nearly 85% of my former strength and endurance that once existed as a young Marine and hope this story will encourage others that have been under your care. Starting a year ago, I really tried to recenter and re-evaluate how my body was interpreting the

I've been going here for about 3 months now. I've gotten more answers and help with so many health problems in that time than I've had in the past give years from other doctors. There's a reason Dr. J and Dr. Beckwith have so many great reviews. If you need someone to listen and take good care of you, come here

This was my first visit to chiropractor and I was seen by Dr. Beckwith for complications with my leg/hip after sports injury (swimming). I cannot express more appreciation for the quality of assessment, knowledge and professionalism I have experienced today with this doctor. She delivered above and beyond my expectations. Feeling the pop during alignment was priceless and provided much needed relief. I’m very free grateful that I found this team. Everyone was extremely accommodating and very professional. Highly recommend!

I always feel much better after my treatments and my overall pain has decreased substantially since beginning treatment.

I have to say, first, that I RARELY post reviews, but I had to make an exception in this case. I moved to the are several years ago and went about looking for a chiropractor, because of the spinal issues I have had throughout my life. When I first met Dr John it was on in emergency situation. I literally couldn't walk. I had been to a couple of other chiropractors who just didn't cut it. This time I was at work, and the pain was intense. NOVA was just down the street from my work, and at that point, that was all that mattered to me. Dr Radcliffe was unbelievably professional during my first visit
