Our mission is to help you enjoy a pain free life without dangerous drugs or difficult surgery. Our approach is based on getting you out of the pain you feel as soon as possible. We're proud to serving the Herndon, Virginia residents. Patients also come to see us for care from Reston, Great Fall, and Sterling.

In order to familiarize himself with chiropractic care, he visited a chiropractic school. The tour fascinated me and I could not leave without knowing everything about this exciting field. That was when I decided to serve people by becoming a chiropractor. I believe that chiropractic care has the power to help you without any kind of drugs or painful surgeries.

I'm beyond grateful for Dr. Singh! I have been in pain for two years, I saw multiple chiropractors and PTs. Nobody was able to help as much as Dr. Singh. He saw my feet and imemdiately put me on custom orthotics. The difference they made were amazing! He is also helping me with knee issues that I should not ignore. He is on top of it. The staff is wonderful too! Highly recommend.

I had been injured by a different Chiropractor and walked for 18 months with pain, because of sciatica. ONE TREATMENT on their decompression machine cured me!! And I'm not even kidding!!! Within a week, I was walking normally and it has been three years!! I bought a Groupon for three sessions and didn't need the other two!! Amazing cure for my sciatica with the decompression machine! I could not believe it! Praise the Lord!! The were very professional and the Dr. was great!!

When my previous chiropractor retired, he referred me to his chiropractor who was Dr. Singh. I am sooo thankful I was referred to Dr. Singh. I went from continuous 10 out of 10 back pain to 1-2 out of 10 intermittent pain with intense exertion. After two months of treatment i was able to complete a 7 day hiking trip. The treatment was gradual and soft; non-traumatic. Dr. Singh is a masterfully skilled practitioner.

From the second or third visit, Dr Singh was able to help give me lasting relief from chronic pain I have had in my neck, shoulder, and lower back that no massage, acupuncture or pain killers had fixed long term as his treatments did. He is very much in tune with what needs to be done and is simply good at what he does. I am so glad I found Dr.Singh. Although his office was 18 miles to my house, it was well worthed to drive to him. I received total of 20 sessions of spinal decompression. DRX 9000 machine was magical for my low back pain which I had since March 2020. Dr. Singh was one of the handful chiropractors in DMV who has this very advanced machine. After each decompression session Dr.Singh also used K-laser therapy + electrical muscle stimulation therapy + pulse elektro magnetic therapy on me. And the results are amazing. I had called to make an appointment and was met with a receptionist who wasn't able to give me a clear and concise time or date for available openings. I told the person I spoke to that I would call back later and decided to read reviews. After reading the past review someone left and the owner's response, I want to comment on the level of unprofessionalism seen from just a Google search. I would never want to use a practice that replies to patient's comments as "Last but not least" or "So to correct you on that".

I have had several back surgeries. I was prepared for another. I started treatment with Dr. Sing 2 weeks ago. I feel so much better. Not only does he do chiro. Adjustments but also electric stimulation is like a thorough massage. I tried his spinal decompression machine. After 2 of those I feel better than years of other type's of chiropractic I have had in the past. Only 4 adjustments have made me feel taller. I am hooked I would highly recommend going to see him if you have back, neck, or other spinal discomfort.
