Services
Ambulatory patients are those who are able to walk to the medical transport unit with general assistance or no assistance at all. These patients only require the assistance of medical transportation. Our Assisted Taxi Service is designed to help patients and clients who are ambulatory yet unable to drive themselves and may need assistance to do their day-to-day business.
After the transport is completed, MTS will automatically invoice the trip. We have all the information you will need for your records and can mail you copies at your request. MTS offers convenient payment options! We accept most major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Medical Transportation Solutions is a non-emergency medical transportation provider for the Dallas Fort-Worth Metroplex. We can also transport our customers beyond DFW. Transportation outside the primary service area is considered and priced on a case-by-case basis. A Medical Transportation Solutions representative will work with you to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered.
Whether you need assisted transportation for a medical appointment, hospital admit or discharge, or a social function, you can depend on Medical Transportation Solutions to get you safely there on time. Rates may vary based on the level of transportation required, the origin/destination and distance.

I cannot say enough ***GREAT*** things about this company!!! I now live in an area where Uber isn't even a 'thing', and taxi services didn't go much further than the area I'm residing in, and this company was the ONLY ONE to say they would take me to the hospital for my surgery and back home again, AND with a **5AM** pick up time. JAHMAL arrived promptly at 5am, and he is so courteous and kind. He drove a very comfortable & clean medical-equipped minivan, and drove safely and I knew I was in good hands.

My wheelchair dad required a last minute pick up and Samuel repiled to my emails over the weekend to get a ride scheduled on a Monday. The pick up came on time and the pick up was already waiting after his appointment. The service was outstanding and timely and we will use the service again for my dad's transportation needs.

I used them for the first time yesterday to transport my 94 year old mother to and from Doctor appointment.
I was so pleased with their promptness and courtesy. The van used for her wheelchair transport had all safety measures you could need.
Our driver named Thomas was such a professional and a very kind and courteous gentleman.
I highly recommend this company!! I will definitely be using them for all transportation needs in the future.

I used them two times b4 and they were late.. But my son needed a get to this really important appt. so I called them again bc my son and I really liked Tiffany as our driver. So I called to make an appt. I specifically ask him if we would have to wait after his appt.. Samuel specifically said No, that she would wait for us.. I needed that understanding bc I had an appt. myself after his appt.. so I scheduled the pick up bc he said that we would not have to wait. He lied to get the business... And so it caused me too missed my appt. bc of his lie. They are go dropping off but not on return that

I've used this company several times to transport my husband to the doctor. They're always on time, very professional and overall customer service is wonderful. We live several hours away but it never seems to be a problem to come out and help us since we have no transport services here to help out. I only use them and will continue to do so.

After a recent medical diagnosis I have a family member who is now in a wheelchair. Bringing him home from the hospital in our vehicle was not comfortable for him, so I knew that I needed assistance with getting him to and from his appointments. After doing some research I reached out to Mr.Alexander and he provided me with transportation on a short notice. The drivers that assisted us today were very sweet and personable!! Mr.Alexander is very nice, efficient and kept me updated from the moment I scheduled the appointment to the time we were back at home!

Well, they kept the appointment and did not leave the patient scrambling at the last minute. Car was dirty (not cluttered - dirty). There was so much mud, I cleaned off the seat first. Shocks on the car must be gone. The driver laughed when she hit a speed bump at the hospital, sending first my head into the ceiling and then my tailbone crashing into the seat. We'll give her the benefit of the doubt and say it was a nervous laugh - but when I said, "that really hurt", she laughed again (as opposed to saying, sorry). When I asked if the same car was going to be used for pickup that day, she laughed
