I was able to find the 6500K 3Ft LED bulbs I wanted VERY EASILY, within Toggled’s online store.
I was able to order and pay online, and arrange shipping to Calgary, Canada.
I will post again once the lights arrive, but based on my experience so far, I’m confident they will be exactly what I need but was unable to find locally here in Calgary.
What I would like to comment on, is Toggled’s FIRST CLASS online customer service. I’ve not ever experienced anything even close to how helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive Heather was, at Toggled’s online Support.
Makes me happy with Toggled

4 foot LED bulbs are junk!
Saturday - bought 4 of the 4 foot 2 pack LED 2000 lumens bulbs to convert my 4 shop lights from fluorescent to LED. 7 of the 8 bulbs worked; no big deal. Returned to Home Depot and exchanged for another 2 bulb pkg. One of those bulbs didn't work. Exchanged package again and again 1 of the bulbs didn't work. Exchanged again and this time, neither bulb worked. Exchanged and since I was getting tired of this, I bought an additional package so I now had 4 new bulbs; I mean, what are the odds? ALL 4 BULBS ARE BAD! Guess I'll try it 1 more time before I scrap the whole "Toggled
