CAUTION TO ALL MUSICIANS: DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING INTO THIS SHOP TO BE REPAIRED. I brought a keyboard in here to be repaired. They took five weeks to look at it. After keeping it for five weeks, they gave it back to me in MUCH WORSE condition and charged me $96 for the "repair.” When I took my keyboard to another technician, he confirmed that these idiots at Pro Audio ruined my keyboard by ripping it open without disconnecting the cables first, and then did a bunch of TERRIBLE soldering work to try to cover up their mistakes. To fix all the damage that this shop has done to my keyboard, I need a

Real friendly folks; well stocked and they'll order it if you need it. Good prices on new stuff and great prices on used! Seemingly THE brick and mortar to go to for all those pesky snakes, cords, and adapters that no one else ever has. Why wait for the mail when you can just go down there and get that dang RCA to 1/4 in. cable you've needed for weeks anyway RIGHT NOW?!

I've had a few bad experiences but normally they're all good. Just gotta find the good ones in there. For that I'll give Zack and Eric aka Seth cook (because he looks like a mix of Seth Rogan & Dane Cook lol) a high five for always listening to my crazy ideas and offering suggestions. It's hard when you don't know exactly what kind of look you're… trying to achieve. I love that they have a big lighting room so I can demo lights. A lot better than guitar center. I'll probably never go back to GC since I found this place. They are very good at answering questions. Even hooked me up with a couple deals. I go to GC and they ignore me and not very up to date on their knowledge. At Pro Audio and Lighting. He tweaked the program and settings of a moving head to see if we could get it to do what I want. I went to GC yesterday and I had to figure out where to turn everything on myself because no one would help. Probably messed up a bunch of their settings but that's what they get for their lack of service. So far I love

If you're sticking within the traditional realm of DJs and stage musicians...you're fine here.
If you're looking for things that are for broadcast studios like different mic arms or some other stuff that doesn't fall into one of those categories, you're pretty out of luck.
However, the staff is really helpful and friendly, and so I don't feel the need to tell you to avoid it like the plague or anything.

Only place to go for any sound or lighting gear. Staff is always friendly and knows what they are talking about. They can always point me in the right direction of what I am looking for and get me into solid reliable gear. Love the lighting showroom, always good to see the lights in person before buying.

Pro Audio and Lighting is the best! Rob was very helpful with getting my son all set up with a new DJ system. We will definitely be back in the future - either at the Warren store or I'll shop their website. Loved the showroom and lighting room!
