Corrupt, uncaring, and understaffed! When COVID hit, the manager Melissa, told my family that if we put my Dad on hospice care that we would be allowed in to visit my Dad. We did exactly that and even used the company that she suggested. Months later, still during COVID, she says that Dad is too much for her staff and we need to pay more for their services. Less than a week later before we could respond to her demands of more money, she tells us that he is being evicted and we have 30 days to leave!!!!! She flat out lied and manipulated our family; during a pandemic no less. I even have a voice

I toured the SunGarden Terrace with Susan yesterday morning and I was incredibly impressed!
The property had renovations recently done and looks brand new. The landscaping, the parking lot, the lobby, the hallways, the activity rooms, the dining hall, the theater room, the library, the sundeck and garden were all impeccably organized and clean. I was blown away with how friendly the staff is and how long they have been there (some staff members have been there 15+ years!). I met a few residents as well and they are so happy living there... It really is a wonderful, warm, cozy, elegant and beautiful

I'm so thankful we found this place to take care of my father-in-law. He is currently in the Memory Care section, but before that he lived in the assisted living area for two years. I have toured other facilities in this area, and Sungarden stands out as unique because it is large enough to offer a variety of activities and services, but small enough that everyone knows your name. The people here treat everyone as unique individuals and they try to accommodate and even anticipate their needs. The staff is unfailingly caring, respectful, and helpful, and the food is excellent. The facility is cheerful

My parents will have lived here 5 years as of October. My mother has dementia and is in memory care and my father is in assisted living. They are together whenever my dad wants to be with her. That is one reason why I chose Sungarden.The care here is wonderful and they have so many activities. The food is outstanding! And I am a foodie. Since they locked down early because of the virus, they have added more activities and fun food events. I am very glad my parents are at Sungarden Terrace.

I thought that this would be my mother's forever home, but it turned into a nightmare when she kept falling there. They asked us to call in hospice, and get a hospital bed. To no avail, they asked us to leave. I moved my mother to another facility, and after 3 weeks she has not fallen once! Shame on you, Sungarden...you don't provide the proper caregivers! I have spoken to others that had their parents there and moved out in a month! I'm sorry it took me 5 months to see what was going on! The state board will hear from me!
