White Heart Henna is based in the beautiful city of Portland, Oregon. A 2 hour minimum reservation is applied to parties and events outside Portland city limits. My bestie was visiting from out of state, and I wanted to do something fun and memorable with her. I planned a girls night, potluck style, with wine and some of my local girlfriends.
