Beautiful location for the sunset and lovely live music...but vegetarian dishes were absolute trash! I was so happy to see a vegan menu (I'm vegetarian) and the "petas best burger of 2021" note next to the vegan burger. It was so, so dry. There was the tiniest smudge of some sauce between the bread and a piece of lettuce and nothing else. I rarely leave/throw food but this was inedible :( the saving grace were the sweet potato fries. It was very disappointing. My friends got the vegan loco moco and said the exact same - they also left most of their food behind.

This is a little hidden gem at the end of Queens beach park area. Great selection of food and smoothies. I had a surf and turf deal which was filling and delicious as well as a guava/passionfruit smoothie. The ambiance and friendly down to earth staff are what gives the place the 5 stars. Food and drink is a solid 4. Live music in the late afternoon..5pm onwards is a nice touch. Defineately worth dropping by. Sadly no alcohol served here, but then the place would be way to hard to get a spot!

Absolutely amazing food. I truly think their HALF POUND meat burger is the best burger I’ve ever had in my life. Fries really are home made.

This place has quickly become one of my favorites!! So many options and they are all delicious. The best part is that you are on the beach still but not Waikiki. Feels much more out of the way. Watch out for people who are not patrons who steal tables but don’t eat. This place gets busy and tables fill quickly.

Looking for an amazing restaurant on the beach for breakfast and found this place we decided to go and try it out the bathrooms we would nasty and dirty so we started to order our food and they were very quick to ask about our vaccines card but they didn't have any hand sanitizer to clean your hands and the tables were dirty I understand what's the government laws but come on now

Peaceful. This place is great! The location is incredible and an easy walk from Waikiki beach or downtown Waikiki. The food was perfect. Many great choices including healthy dishes with fresh fruit and vegetables or even vegan options. Even better is that they regularly have musical performances by local artists. I think my favorite thing was the location RIGHT on the beach looking west making many great sunsets 🌅

This place is a little off the path if you are walking so don't give up. Plenty of public parking. The seating is basically on the beach. How can you beat that ?
You get in line and order and then wait for your name to be called. They have a fresh fish of the day and amazing ahi poke. Someone in my group had swordfish where I stole a bite. Soo good.
I wimped out and had fish and chips. The fish is lightly breaded and just fell apart in my mouth. Perfect portion size. I could have kept eating the fish all day so it was good that I had a limit.

I always come here after surfing! A local and visitor favorite but they are always super consistent and reliable for a good meal so you are in good hands!
We enjoyed their pineapple smoothie and their garlic shrimp plate.
Love their outdoor seating and their friendly staff. They have a beautiful Oceanside/beachside location and casual friendly vibes.

This spot is hidden from the tourist strip. It's situated at a far end of Waikiki beach. Tables on the outside with a great view of the ocean. If you come in the evening the patio seating has a great view of the sunset and as it gets dark, the city lights slowly comes on.
They have a variety of dishes, but since I was not too hungry, I ordered the taco plate. You can mix and match the combo. It was light and delicious! They also have dole whips! Maybe next time I'll order one.

Our fourth trip to Oahu, and on each this has been our first stop for lunch. It's an iconic Hawaiian beach cafe. The food is served on paper plates,and all of the seating is outdoors (although a few tables are covered). A great people-watching spot as people walk along the beach. For us the grilled fish of the day (swordfish this time) and one of their smoothies are go-to first choices.this time we ordered garlic shrimp as well for some variety. Barefoot Beach Cafe was the perfect spot to enjoy a reasonably priced meal on the beach, with live Hawaiian music. According to my friendliness meter, Barefoot Beach Cafe has the friendliest greeter on the island of Oahu. Someone needs to give that woman a raise and make her employee of the month.

Barefoot Beach Cafe was the perfect lunch spot after being in the water/beach all morning! Although it's mostly outside (under a covered patio), they do require vaccination proof for dine-in. I had left mine at our hotel so we had to take it to go, but thankfully there are plenty of tables in the park... with a VIEW!

Very nice place right on the beach. All the tables with the ocean view…spectacular but: there are to many pigeons around and also a lot of them sit on table with customers. I wouldn’t say this is the cleanest place around. Also 12$ for pineapple shake is a bit much. Iced cappuccino is at best average

We went at the end of the night as they were closing in 45 minutes so they were out of the fish but that's to be expected for a popular place with fresh fish.
There is a long line to wait in to order then you find a table and they call out your name when it's ready they you pick it up. There is live music and a very pretty outdoor seating area right on Waikiki Beach. Very beautiful views.
They never gave my wife her iced tea and the workers seemed tired by the time we got to the counter.

I've been DYING to try this place for years since the last time I've gone to Oahu and finally had the time to have breakfast here. I ordered the vegan loco moco with the fried rice and I was soooo excited to try it. It's a little pricey ($18) and I was expecting an actual patty, like an impossible one but instead it was all vegetables with a tofu egg. I was disappointed and only took a few bites of it and ended up throwing it away. It wasn't my cup of tea but my boyfriend got the breakfast platter and honestly I wish I ordered that instead.

We came from the beach... and we were barefoot (well we had the zoris on). So this seemed appropriate.
Garlic shrimp (3): Not bad. But don't expect shrimp truck shrimp. Size was decent but wasn't as garlicky as you would expect. Not bad, just not the best.
Loco moco (4): They did it simply. Can't mess this up if you have good hamburger and they did the hamburger nicely. The gravy was good and the egg was perfectly done. Solid dish.
Spicy ahi bowl (4): Again, very simple here. Just ahi and rice pretty much. The ahi was fresh though and the sauce was good. Not else
