Cafe Haleiwa, family owned since 1982. We specialized in fresh made-to-order Breakfast and Lunch. The menu is American Diner meets California Mexican with a Local twist. Using organic, fresh, and local produce always as our first choice. We have expanded and added a Waffle and Espresso Bar serving Belgian Waffles, Espresso, Cold Brewed Coffee & Sky Kombucha on tap.
Daily smoothie and drink specials using fresh produce from the farm on our property. The Bonzer Front Beer and Wine Cellar is conveniently located next door to help with your beer and wine purchases. An informative staff can help you choose the right wine or beer pairing for your meal at the Cafe. No corkage fee applied.

Why the high reviews??
This place was noted by our shark cage diving captain as "decent" so we headed here. You stand in line to order/pay then get a table # and pick a table. Few tables inside so we sat at one of the tables outdoors. They have a few that are covered which worked since it was drizzling out.
Ambience is a kind of a larger beach shack that they keep the doors open (likely just for covid). Their customer restroom is a locked single port-a-potty that was the kind you Don't want to go into. Yes, the very smelly kind. After shark cage diving we needed to use the bathroom and just wanted

We've been here twice and have loved this place both times. The first time we came it was late in the "day" (late morning since they close at 1:30pm) and they were sold out of a few things. The second time we came it was mid-morning and there was a 25 minute wait. So either come really early or expect to wait a little bit. But, the great news is, it will be worth the wait. The food is so delicious and the servings are huge.
