My wife forgot her laptop charger, and home was too far away to go get it. I stumbled on to Dayweb, and I can't say enough good things about them. Steve was on his way out, but agreed to wait for my wife to arrive. He had a power supply, but wouldn't let her leave until he tested in, and verified the specs on the laptop to make sure everything was right.
This is uncommonly good service, and we really appreciated it.

Steve and his team at Day Web Technology were superb, professional, kind, patient, and super informative, when we had a technical emergency to deal with. He answered all of our questions, worked well past 5pm on a Friday night, kept us informed along the way, and worked most of the following Saturday morning to complete the project, which solved our technical emergency and saved all of our data. He was able to accurately diagnose my problem just from my description over the phone, got me in immediately and completed the repair by the end of the day! And his prices are great...had I gone to Geek Squad I feel certain I would have left with a new computer and a lot less money! Called DTS and talked to Steve. I had an issue with my MacBook. Steve was extremely knowledgeable about the issue and suggested I contact Apple as they had extended the warranty for the issues I was experiencing. He even told me where the closest Apple dealers were; in addition, he gave me a simple fix until I could get my unit repaired by Apple. Steve went way and above what I expected!! From now on, I will always call DTS first if I have any computer issues!!

I left my Macbook Pro in Tamia's care for about a week when my screen stopped working and got it back in great working condition! Everyone here was super communicative with me to let me know what they were doing each step of the way. I also really appreciated their efforts in trying to preserve the screen and figuring out if there was a cheaper/easier way to repair my laptop before inevitably having to replace it. I would personally much rather support a small local business than ship my laptop off to Apple, and I'm glad I chose Dayweb!

I have turned to Steve at Dayweb when ever I have a computer (laptop) issue for the last 5 or 6 years. Whenever I call Steve he always answers, knows who I am, and solves my tech problem. As he solves my tech issues, he is patient and spends as much time as it requires to get it fixed. Recently moved to the island and this was my first experience with Dayweb Tech Support. Laptop had crashed and Steve was able to schedule me in right away.
