Had a really unfortunate accident with my computer- dropped it and broke the screen :(. Thank goodness for Tim's Computer Repair, he responded the same day, then I made an appointment, dropped my computer off and had clear communication throughout the process. Had my computer back very quickly and it's working great! Highly recommend Tim's services to anyone searching for an honest, easy experience getting their computer fixed.

Im a professional animator with very specific needs for my work and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my computer. Tim is more honest and provides better service than any chain computer repair shop. He went out of his way to help diagnose a recurring problem on my beloved mac pro and communicated well throughout.

Tim's computer repair has repaired my laptop with a cooling fan and battery replacement. His repair was perfect and has allowed me to use my laptop while unplugged and without any cooling issues. His prices and repair time are comparable, and I believe to be better, than getting my laptop repaired by its manufacturer, at Best Buy, or other such laptop repair places nearby.

I brought Tim an old laptop with a crashed hard drive and he fixed it VERY quickly and with a reasonable price. After a few months, my laptop was sluggish and soul crushingly slow. I emailed Tim to see if I could bring it in so he could have a look-see. He immediately said it was time to retire the ol' girl and gave me a full refund! I am so appreciative that Tim gives honest and fair prices, is patient, and has a fabulous business ethic. I will definitely come back to Tim the next time I have computer issues (hopefully not anytime soon though....). Thanks Tim!

I brought my computer to Tim's Computer Repair after spending 3 weeks at another shop waiting for my computer to be repaired. He was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process letting me know how long everything would take, and had me up and running within a week. My only regret is that I did not come to Tim's computer first. I highly recommend using his service.

I can't recommend Tim enough. He was extremely professional, very friendly, and easy to reach. I brought my computer in because it was unable to boot and he was able to diagnose it in a day. He kept me updated about what was going on and was extremely fair in his pricing. I was more than happy to pay him for the time and labor he put into repairing my machine!

This man is a LIFE SAVER. Was in the middle of doing my finals for school and my hard drive just crashed. After going to Best Buy and basically being left destitute by the Geek Squad that "assisted" me, I came to Tim (who works out of his garage, it's not as creepy as it looks). He not only gave me a lower price than Best Buy offered to recover my data but got it done in less than a day! They told me TWO WEEKS! And now he is rebooting my entire computer. Don't know what I would've done without him.
