The owner of the company personally drove one hour to get to my home. I was sold within 15 minutes of viewing his portfolio and the samples he had in his truck. Wow! We feel a lot safer in hour home.

Bill, the owner, was professional and courteous. Our family feels secure and we love that the window bars installed dont have the traditional burglar bars look. Today, Mr. Hughes, the owner of Medallion Security Co., installed my security bars to my basement and side windows. They are absolutely beautiful. The bars were custom designed to fit my window frames to a perfect fit. You have to look twice to tell that they are security bars. Mr. Billy Hughes is a master craftsman, something that is disappearing in our society. I highly recommend his company to anyone looking to make their family's security a top priority. I had a great experience with this company. They installed my windows several years ago and I had a need for a service call. They were prompt to schedule and came on time. My issue took minutes to address - I was quite embarrassed I couldn't figure it out myself. The owner reassured me that it was not a problem - that is what they are there for. Would recommend this company.
