I studied at the Art Institute in Seattle, a world-renowned facility for culinary arts, where I developed my own cooking flair.
Because of this, I was recognized in the food business for more than 20 years. Catering is my passion. Over the years, I continued my career cooking at various exclusive restaurants. I held positions such as campus dining service director and executive chef in different establishments. I worked under influential French culinary leaders who helped shape my style and depth of knowledge.

James catered both our wedding and rehearsal dinners, and both meals were amazing. We had 25 guests total and everyone was full and happy. James was incredibly communicative and worked with us well in advance to prepare the perfect menu for our big days. He is super friendly and easy to work with, and we are very happy that we picked Le Vin’s. Highly recommend!

James and his team provided a magnificent day-after brunch for about 50 family members, for my daughter's wedding.
It was a full brunch from custom omelets, to prime rib, to chicken, to all the sides. He provided all rentals, as well as set up, clean up, and wonderful food! Our guests raved about the event.
Highly recommend!

James provided a delicious meal for our small party wedding dinner. He was very easy to work with and cooking and cleanup in our kitchen was efficient and well done. We had appetizers, lobster bisque, salad and steaks plus a wedding cake he made for my daughter and her husband. A very wonderful experience!

We had Le Vin's cater our daughter's wedding recently (small wedding outdoors, 24 ppl) and it was a joy working with them. The food was excellent (appetizer table - highly recommend the lamb lollipops with mint jelly, my favorite) and the entrees we went with (vegetarian lasagna, filet mignon, and duck breast) were all delicious. Sauces on the steak and duck options were fantastic. Our vegetarian guests RAVED about the lasagna. As good as the food was, the service of James and his small staff (2 kitchen & serving staff, 1 bartender) were even better. The staff was very friendly, and extremely professional

Due to many many last minute changes in plan for our wedding (thanks COVID) I contacted James in panic asking him to provide us with formal catering for 50 people, outside on the Hood Canal in October with only 7 days notice. I was shocked he was not only able and willing to do it, but told me to relax and they would take care of everything.
They did exactly that. James had menu options to us within hours and we had a solid plan before I sat down for dinner that night. I felt

- Caprese Skewers: delicious and cute
- Seafood Raw Bar: guests were so impressed with the options and flavors of everything

I was in Gig Harbor, WA attending a wedding for my nephew. After the wedding the reception was handled by Le Vins Catering. The staff on hand, Justin and Sarah, were great! All the food was fantastic, what a variety! A lot of veggie dishes, interesting combos and fantastic deserts! For a small affair as the reception was, the catering company outdid themselves! Super pleasant, courteous and very attentive!
