Dana and her team of food experts were the caterers for our wedding last weekend.
Everything about working with Dana was great. We met up with her a few months in advance for a taste test, all the food was fantastic, and communication with her was simple and straightforward.
Dana regularly checked in to make sure we were squared away and she had the plan for the big day locked down. Dana wasn't shy about letting us know to expect extras and how best to reheat and serve at the open house on the day after.
We got the Pulled Pork, Chicken, Mac n Cheese and Potato Salad, all of it was delicious

I used GIrls Gone BBQ for our office Super Bowl Party and it was a HUGE hit. They were right on time, allowing themselves enough time to set up, talk to me about the set up, and be ready to go right at 5pm when it was quoted.
The two people working our event even helped us serve up about 25 employees who were working so hard they couldn't leave their desk to grab food in line.
They brought takeout containers to give us leftovers which was so appreciated!

Also gotta say the vegan Baked Beans and Mac and Cheese were a hit, and so were the brisket and pulled pork (not a bite left!)

We used GGBBQ for our employee picnic this year at Golden Gardens. We saw great reviews online and loved the local/woman-owned business aspect of the company, so got a quote. Dana was really great to work with, and her staff that worked the event (server and bartender) were awesome! We had 60 people, and everyone loved the food. I was such a star with my coworkers for bringing in this great BBQ!

I love love love Girls Gone BBQ!!! Their food is always so YUMMY!! I love the MAC and Cheese and the ribs are to DIE for!! The meat just falls off the bone. The ladies always go above and beyond for me when I have an event. They are so professional and easy to work with. Dana and Girls Gone BBQ deliver! I contacted Dana about a month or so before our wedding / reception and got a quick quote. I talked with several other caterers but when I talked with Dana I felt a connection and went with it and I'm so glad I did. Over the next weeks we finalized our head count and the menu over email and telephone calls. Dana is extremely busy, but very kind, funny and flexible. She's in the kitchen, on the road or serving some BBQ. So, sometimes it took a day or so to get an answer but we had weeks so, for me, no problem. I love BBQ food. I was not able to bring a caterer into my venue for my wedding day, and my husband and I wanted BBQ. So we decided to do BBQ for our rehearsal dinner, and it was DELICIOUS! Dana was very accommodating throughout our entire communications and was such a pleasure to work with. We loved the food.

Found Girls Gone BBQ in a random search and took a chance on ordering their catering for my company's team of 100 employees, who have very diverse dietary needs & opinions. Not only was the feedback positive across the board, the customer service/ordering process and all the back end stuff was great - sometimes we get delicious food from restaurants that my coworkers love but I'm hesitant to order again because the process is a nightmare. I recently used Girls Gone BBQ to cater our office party for 100+ people and they could not have been better!! We have a handful of employees with dietary restrictions (who doesn't?!) and they were so accommodating! Gluten free buns, delicious veggie burgers, gluten free mac and cheese, and even vegan BBQ sauce!!!

Everyone loved the food and people are still talking about them days later. One of our employees is even using them to cater his wedding! Professional, responsive, flexible, and so fun to work with. Cannot recommend them enough. Thanks, ladies!!

They hit a sweet spot between tenderness and flavor that is hard to find.

I enjoyed their chopped brisket with tangy sauce and Mac and cheese, it was a home run. Not to mention their slaw is on point.

Stopped by today and got the brisket two item combo, mac & cheese, along with the potato salad.
Over all nothing I'd recommend. Not worth the price.
The potato salad was bland, had to add my own salt and pepper. Plus it was watery, the mayonnaise/mustard ran off the potato's.
The mac & cheese was a uninspired blob of cheese. Again had to add my own salt and pepper.
When I talk about adding salt and pepper, I don't mean to my taste, I mean just to get some flavor.
I will give the brisket a solid 7 out of 10. Good flavor, well seasoned, nice mouth fell to it. The apples

I was born in Memphis, raised in Arkansas, and immersed in BBQ my entire life. I know the difference between wanting to be good at BBQ and actually delivering quality, moist, BBQ that is so good that no sauce is required. Dana was already a home run with me and my clients in the Seattle area, but recently I had her cater with a client that could not have pork. No problem, because Dana has introduced brisket to her menu that is so good, it was a grand slam for my event! Quality pulled pork is difficult to achieve, but quality brisket is nearly impossible. They have a stand at the West Seattle farmers market, so I finally tried it today. I got the brisket and it was really good! Great smoke ring and the flavor was probably the best I've had in Seattle. I'm from KC so I tend to be picky about BBQ. She has two BBQ sauces that I wasn't a big fan of, but that doesn't matter. The meat was great!

We had Girls Gone BBQ cater my daughters wedding. We had 250 guests and everyone raved about the food. It was so delicious. Dana is easy to work with and so accommodating. The food and staff arrived on time and did such a good job. My guests loved everything that was served. The mac and cheese was a big hit as was the slaw. The meat was tender and juicy. It was served buffet style and it was hot and looked inviting. I would use them again in a second. When they left the kitchen looked like nothing had happened. They did a great clean up and packaged up the leftovers. 5 star for sure

I can't say enough good things about Girls Gone BBQ! I hired them to cater a dinner for 30 people based on their Yelp reviews, and we knew we were in for an amazing meal as soon as the wonderful aromas reached us! We had the ribs, chicken, pulled pork, corn bread, potato salad, and crunchy apple Arkanslaw. So, so good! I have been working with caterers for almost 20 years, and sometimes had problems with small portions, but not with Girls Gone BBQ. Everyone left full and happy! One word - YUM! I had heard of Girls Gone BBQ from a friend whose job hired them for a catered event and was super excited when I stumbled upon their stand at the WS Farmers Market! I'm gluten free, so I ordered my pulled pork sandwich bunless, which can be sort of hit or miss, and they totally hit the mark here! I got a huge pile of saucy pork topped with coleslaw, which I learned is the Arkansas way of doing things, and one of the best parts was the fresh crunchy slivers of apple in the slaw - why haven't I thought of this?!?! We got a meal combo that included a sandwich and two sides. We got baked beans and the slaw. The pulled pork was delicious, as were the beans. The slaw had a weird taste, like it sat in the refrigerator too long and uncovered. All in all, the meal was good. The portions were small for the $16 bill though.

After reading several great reviews on Yelp, I decided to use Girls Gone BBQ to cater my sister's college graduation party for 25 people. Dana was very easy to work with, and went out of her way to ensure I didn't forget anything especially when it came to my sister's gluten free needs. I can't speak for catering, but the W Seattle farmers market I tried a 'pulled pork sandwich' for $7. It was a slider, not a sandwich. I'm still wondering if there was two separate items on the menu and maybe it was a mistake, I can't imagine a lot of people would come back if that was really a $7 pulled pork 'sandwich'.

Quick enough and they accept credit/debit, just expected a bigger portion than that.

This is the only Southern BBQ we have found in the PNW...with a true Girl Raised in the South handling the pit...and it's delicious! Dana has an artisan approach to creating eye candy smoke rings and mouth watering sauces. Girls Gone BBQ handled our event in our home with a friendly professionalism that matched perfectly with our guests and her playful "foodie" recreations of her down home sides. Take my word, order the smoked collards!

Hands down the best BBQ in the area. We used them once to cater a large family get together. Everything was great, and all the folks at the party were impressed (even one who is in Atlanta often, and super into ribs).
They have pop ups from time to time, so I highly recommend making it to one!
