PURCHASED A COMPUTER THAT DOES NOT WORK AND THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK FOR A REFUND, CLAIMING SOME KIND OF TIME RESTRAINT ON THE RETURN. THESE PEOPLE ARE A COMPLETE RIP OFF.
I AM STILL DICUSSING THE ISSUE WOITH THEM TO NO AVAIL. STAY AWAY

I purchased 4 computers for my office that i can't get to connect to my wireless network. I have tried calling support for 2 day now with no answer or call back The customer service after the sale is proving to be the worst. I will be returning for a full refund today since I can't get the support I need.

Folding@Home machine: Cost $450. Lasted: 7 Months.
RMA was approved. But then it took 5 months for them to get the PC back to me. And when I got it back, they didn't even open the box I sent them. The PC that was broken was still in the exact same state of brokenness.
I posted a review of their product on Newegg. They contacted NewEgg and had the review removed.
Trash product, trash company.

This is a RIP OFF COMPANY. Ordered a gaming computer for Christmas and it sat with a UPS label at their facility and it never left!!! Sat there and was never shipped!!! You can never get in touch with anyone and are asked to leave a message for a call back. Voicemail box is full or not working. Better Business Bureau here I come.

Got a great price on a refurbished computer... but my order didnt ship until a week after I ordered it, after i called and asked why there had been no movement on the tracking info. Then when i finally get the computer, it's missing the graphics card that it was supposed to have. I've been going through Newegg's customer service for 2 weeks now trying to get the graphics card sent. Micomp customer service is useless, going through Newegg's seems to be the only way to get micomp to respond

Ordered a gaming pc which came almost a week before Christmas for my 13 yr. Old son.. He was do excited when he seen the box only to open it on Christmas day and it not be at all what I ordered. Such a huge disappointment and he has been crying every since, even though they offered to send what I ordered it still won't come for another week.. I couldn't bare to tell him that on top of the sadness this problem had already caused. Such a huge disappointment to see my child heartbroken over the only Christmas gift he asked for and didn't even get.

Absolute scam. There is no such thing as a good 16GB RAM Core i7 computer for $150. When i got the computer, it had sustained significant physical damage and wouldn’t even boot up until i realized THERE WAS NO HARD DISK INSIDE! I tried returning it, but their customer service department evidently doesn’t like customers very much... so now I’m out $150 and have a nonfunctional piece of electronic garbage sitting in my garage. Do not waste your time and money on this rip-off company.

Hard to leave a glowing review when a company will not even respond to a question. I was interested in replacing my child's old gaming computer, but am overwhelmed by the sheer number of parts, models, sizes, and such that beg consideration when buying or building one. I sent a message to their eBay store three days ago but have yet to receive a reply. What sane business owner allows money to fly out the window? In fact, a customer who asks questions like, "Would this computer work for this purpose?" generally isn't too knowledgeable and can usually be persuaded to purchase a much more expensive

My refurbished computer lasted 8 months. The problem is the same as some other reviews that I read were the disc drive has failed. All my documents and pictures have been lost. The price that I paid for the computer was too good to be true. I should not have been such a cheapskate and bought a new computer from a reputable company like Best Buy. Their one year warrantee is useless. They were not nice when we called for this company to honor their so called one year warrantee. If someone can benefit from this review and not experience the same problem that we had, then all was not lost.

Absolutely terrible and a scam! I ordered one of their computers off Amazon thinking it would be safe. Once I got the computer, during the first bootup, the computer failed to find the hard drive. I called the company and I was immediately prompted to leave a message. I have left 5 messages and have not heard back from this company. After getting the computer to actually bootup, I then ran into an issue with the DVD drive...it doesn't work! This company sells faulty computers and are in no way "refurbished." In addition, they don't answer their phones. Once you buy their products, you will be stuck
