This company lied to us. They guaranteed the panels being installed would eliminate our FPL bill. It has been 5 months and our FPL bills are still very high. We have reached out to them regarding this situation multiple times. The owner called my boyfriend and said he would personally come take a look to see what was going on and try to come up with a solution. He never showed up, never called.
We were in touch with a lady from the office multiple times and she said they would send us a check to reimburse us for the FPL bills that we have been receiving and are still paying. We never received

Like most people I had become frustrated with FPL and wanted something new if possible. As one might expect I was very skeptical at first until this new Government backed plan was explained to me. Dept of green energy came to give us an estimate yesterday. Very nice and educated in their field, the lady who came over (Mairim) was very informative and detailed oriented. Didn’t feel pressure or bullied into buying, I just feel much more informed for future purchase. She even had me speak to the owner over the phone who was also very kind and informative. I highly recommend all the homeowners who have the opportunity to do business with the Department of Green Energy. Our energy consultant was professional and courteous, she showed us our current inefficiencies and how to take care of them and once she showed us the benefits of going solar for our home it made sense. Not all solar companies are created equal! I'm a big advocate of eco-friendly and efficient products and Dept. of Green Energy has more products than all of South Florida Solar companies put together!
Sure they have great panels for your home but once meeting some their amazing and knowledgeable stafff, I quickly realized they far exceeded my expectation! Not only did they have everything I was looking for, but they also had many eco-efficent products I hadn't even heard of! There company really is setting the bar and is the way of the future!
