They had a promotion several years ago where if you bought a $150 gift card, you would receive $300 worth of services and said the gift card wouldn't expire. So i went in and gave them $150 and all of my information. Instead of a gift card i was given a hand written receipt. I called back several months later to schedule an appointment and the lady on the phone acted like she had no idea about the promotion and told me i would only be able to use $150 worth of services, as long as i had the receipt. I felt like I did complete my own colonic with little to no assistance from staff. I had a colonic before and the staff completed everything. I had to insert the tube and do my own massage and release the water. Ms. Ivey was friendly but no other staff was present. She was answering calls, checking customers in and out, and helping another customer at same time. I didn't feel I received what I needed. Ms. Ivey is nice but when I come to get this this type of service I don't expect to do all the work myself. I felt like I was charged for the equipment usage. I could have done this at home alone

Professional, Great Communication and Good Quality Business. The Iconic Foot Detox is the service that was interested in. LET ME TELL YOU.....IT WAS AWESOMEđź’‹Never knew our bodies could hold some much debris and toxins! I'll be a returning customer to make sure I can get the full detox. This was a wonderful experience!!! Colon Hydrotherapy is Well worth it! My Husband enjoyed it also. It’s definitely great aid to help remove toxins and we both had sooo much energy afterwards. Staff was accommodating to correct a hiccup from previous scheduling! This will definitely be apart our Quarterly regiment.

This was a great experience. Ms. Ivey was great throughout the entire process. She explained everything from start to finish. The atmosphere was very comfortable especially for someone like me going for the… first time. I feel great and plan on doing another real soon. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking to improve their overall health.
