Staff & management here is extremely rude, they don't care to listen to your needs and act as if their opinion is the only one that matters. They had 0 Polaris in stock. Went in looking for riding gear and possible new bikes/atvs for our kids. Gear is expensive and since this was meant as Christmas gifts, of course my young kids weren't there to try it on. Staff had to get management to ask if we could exchange the gear if the sizes were wrong and the manager very rudely stated absolutely not and he didn't know when they would be able to exchange clothing/gear due to COVID. The attitude was uncalled

Thanks for a fun, informative, and exciting purchasing experience! Alex was great to work with as he is knowledgeable, friendly, and laid back. I had a great experience. Recently I needed to have my exhaust valves relearned and Mike slipped me in same day so I could make my trip to Tahoe. 8ft of powder. It was epic.---- Overall they've been good to me. I wish they would do a little better job having more of the common parts readily available. I can order from an Idaho outfit and it comes next day on a lot of stuff because they stock it.

I recently purchased a new KTM Super Adventure from Cascade and was very pleased with the entire transaction. I visited the shop 3 or 4 times prior to actually purchasing and requested a test ride which was scheduled without hesitation or fanfare. Ken led the test ride and was super friendly and knowledgeable. I really appreciated Mike's professional, low-pressure approach and am glad I decided to purchase at Cascade. Additionally, I absolutely love this new KTM and have no regrets from making the upgrade!
