I have been meaning to do this for awhile now. If you are looking for good service from professionals that know what they are doing don’t look any further.
From the people up front to the techs in the back this is hands down my favorite place I have ever taken my bike. I was quoted a time and a price for suspension/tires/brakes/speedo healer and much more and the bike was done before the date I was told and under the original price quoted. 1,500 miles after service in my zx-10r My bike rides like it was new and my confidence in longer road trips is 100% because I know these guys took the time

Big shout out to the guys at MTech for a killer job flashing my ECU. I did a cat delete and threw on a new Yoshi pipe, brought my bike in for them to flash. There was a miscommunication and they also put it on the dyno when I alredy told them that I only wanted the flash. They didn't break a sweat and knocked the bill from $500 down to just $240 bucks for the flash. My bike runs and feels like a new machine. I got a quote from another shop in Redmond for close to $500 just for an ECU flash. MTech is the best and those guys know how to take care of riders.

Just got back from a recent vacation to the Bend area to take my boys riding. Had a break to my sons dirt bike. Local KTM shop was less than helpful. But these guys had the parts overnighted. Made the repairs and had the bike back to us the next day! Repairs where perfect! My sons where happy that the trip was not a complete bust. Thank you guys!

First of all I’ve never left a proper review on you guys but I would recommend M-tech to anyone of my friends and family. These guys are the best in bend and you will not find anywhere better. If you want something done right come to M-tech you will not be disappointed. I’ve had countless times where I had to bring my dirtbike into other shops and had to bring them back in because they were not done right. I’ve been a customer of M tech for over two years and I’ve never had to bring my motorcycle back into them; which is a huge on time and money. For anyone who is needing something repaired

I have two bikes they have worked on 18' Husky 501 and 18' Africa Twin. Engine and clutch work on the 501, and if memory serves tires on the AT. Probably a bunch of other stuff too. Have always been satisfied with their work, and even the few times I've asked for quick turn around times which they were able to provide. IMHO....What they charge for work is way reasonable and the BEST you find in this area! Thanks to Matt and his crew!!

The guys at M-Tech were awesome. They installed a new track on my snowmobile and I was happy they were able to get me in so quickly for an appointment. The work was well done and the price was very fair. I will be going here for any snowmobile repairs in the future.

Twice now I have depended on this business to perform small but vital jobs on my motorcycle during long trips. Both times they've been incredibly accommodating with my schedule and have shown excellence in craftsmanship. I will continue to visit them for my motorcycle needs. The only complaint I have is that I don't live closer otherwise I'd get all my work done here.

My daughter (20) bought her first bike and brought it to M Tech for some repairs. It was stolen from the shop while parked out in front. The key was left in the ignition. They had her talk to the police, but did not offer any other assistance, or make any statement about covering for the loss. I talked with my daughter and we decided to wait to see how M Tech would handle the situation. The never reached out to my daughter. Great customer service. They got new tires and wheel bearings ordered and installed within 48 hrs, which is awesome because I have new tires to ride with my wife on her birthday this Sunday. Got a text right when they were done and when i got there, the bike was sitting out front like it was valet parked for my arrival. Price was fair, shop was clean and organized, and overall it was a wonderful first experience with M Tech and I'll be returning to them for my next services. Totally reccomend!

I rolled into Bend Oregon half way through a 1500 mile trip on a Friday, late afternoon in the rain just before 5pm with a slow leak in my rear tire that I had plugged earlier in the day. I stopped at a dealer who couldn't help me and they pointed me to M-Tech. So glad they did! You would think, no chance at closing time on a Friday. Wrong, they had a tire in stock that I requested, installed quickly and I was out the door within an hour. Absolutely first rate service, very reasonable price and great guys!

Dropped my bik off for fork seal repair. Had a call two hours later (after shop hours) that the bike was done .
Picked up the bike rode home (2 miles). Went out of town for a week. Went for a 100
Mile ride. 30 miles into the trip I went to stop and the forks went soft. Limped back home.
Called Sage and brought the bike back in. Once again dropped it off and it was done two hours later. They had the wrong spec on the oil level.
Initial service was speedy. They got me back up and riding and admitted to the error. That means a lot

I am restoring 8 Marine Corps KLR 650s (M1030B1). I've used M-Tech on several occasions when I get stuck on something. They've rebuilt a engine, pressed on bearings, extracted several broken bolts, and spent 30 minutes helping me get out a rusted swing arm pivot bolt. Numerous times I wasn't even charged. At first I thought their labor rates were about the same as their competitors but they've always completed the work faster then three other shops I tried first. This means that not only do they perform top notch work but it's the same price or less then their competitors

I've brought a variety of bikes to M-Tech over the last year and they've always turned them around promptly and serviced according to my request. What's prompted me to write this 5-star review is that yesterday, just before M-Tech quitting time, I called because my Beemer had just lost all electrics while on the road. Sage, their Service Manager, answered and said he'd be there to pick me up promptly. True to his word he was there with M-Tech's enclosed trailer within 40 minutes. This is, by far, my favorite motorcycle repair and service department in Bend. No, they are not the cheapest, nor are they always the fastest. But one look at their service bay and you'll know two things. First, they run a very clean and very organized garage - that speaks volumes about how they work. And second, one look at the customer bikes that are waiting for service will convince you that everybody in Bend with a nice motorcycle is obviously taking it to M-Tech for service. I went there with my motorcycle for leaking fork fluids. Labour was $120 and I forgot their rate, but I suspect this was about 1.5 hours worth of work. They had it for two weeks. I asked for a discount since they had it so long, and they said they'd take off the "disposal of hazardous material". Turns out that was only $3. I asked the person doing the billing if they remembered to give me the discount and they said yes. I go home look at the bill, and the $3 was not even on the bill after all that.
